Wonderful

House was as listed in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood to walk the dog. Our stay was very comfortable. The only improvement would have been an outdoor light by the grill and shower grab bars. Pool and dock were perfect!

Cape Coral

House was perfect for us. Very comfortable furniture. The beds were also comfortable although we only used the master. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The location is great. Very quiet lot in a neighborhood with easy access to main roads. I will definitely be back.

Excellent stay- house was plenty big for our family of 4. The lanai and pool were a great size compared to some other rentals we have had in the past. Pool was clean and warm, BBQ and patio furniture were clean, and the outdoor TV was a big hit. Beds were comfortable and there were enough supplies to get us through our week. We really wished there was a blender, and a few pods of coffee to start us off would have been a nice touch (again, comparing past stays in other rentals. We got in late so we didn't get to the grocery store until the next day- it would have been nice to wake up and enjoy a coffee outside on day 1, but it's a minor detail). Beach chairs, umbrella, and a few sand toys were much appreciated. Batteries in remote controls didn't work- we change one ourselves and left the other and didn't bother using the living room TV during our stay, and I needed to change all of the clocks in the house myself (it was time change a week before our arrival). The washing machine was left closed so it did have that mouldy front loader small, but I'm sure a good cleaning would fix that. The canal was lovely and quiet, neighbours were friendly, and it was easy to get to Fort Myers, groceries, etc... Overall a very good stay and we would do it again. Thanks!

The house was nice, problem with irrigation system which flooded back yard. Entire back yard soft and muddy all the way down to dock area. this promoted lots of mosquitos and pretty much made the back area unusable. Lots of cobwebs around screened in pool area. Lots of algae in pool and never saw pool service entire time. Had to fill pool on my own. Ice maker would only produce a few cups at a time so had to wait an hour or so each time ice was needed. TV in Master Bedroom quit working. It was replaced but never programmed.

The irrigation malfunction and resulting conditions in the backyard are certainly not what we want guests to encounter, and we understand how this would have affected your enjoyment of the outdoor areas. Your comments regarding mosquitoes, the pool condition, and the screened enclosure have been noted and the irrigation was addressed as soon as it was reported. Keep in mind that the pool service comes on a weekly basis you might have missed him. We also apologize for the inconvenience related to the ice maker and the TV in the primary bedroom. While we’re glad the TV was replaced during your stay, we regret that it was not fully programmed keep in mind it is set up for streaming services and you are always able to log in with your own password. Your feedback is valuable and helps us identify areas that need improvement to ensure a better experience for future guests.
