WELCOME TO THE LUXE COTTAGE AT RIVER RANCH LANDING

Come to the ranch to slow down, reconnect, and experience a side of Texas that feels worlds away from an ordinary vacation rental.

The Luxe Cottage pairs a beautifully prepared private cottage with some truly unforgettable spaces: an HGTV-featured resort-scale pool, the screened Oak Canopy Porch with HotSpring saltwater hot tub, a hidden speakeasy called The Vault, firelit gathering areas, stocked fishing ponds, ranch animals, and wide-open Texas skies.

THE OASIS POOL

Just a short walk from the cottage, The Oasis is our extraordinary 128,000-gallon custom R-shaped pool and one of the defining experiences of River Ranch Landing.

Featured on HGTV, it includes a Turbo Slide, 9-foot diving area with diving board, waterfall grotto with seating, large island and rock waterfall, pedestrian bridge, expansive negative edge, pergola lounge, luxury poolside furnishings, and four separate fire-table gathering areas.

Spend the afternoon swimming and playing, stretch out beneath the Texas sky, or settle in around the fire tables as evening arrives.

The Oasis pool is open year-round but is not heated.

THE OAK CANOPY PORCH

The approximately 1,000-square-foot Oak Canopy Porch is a screened outdoor living sanctuary created for lingering.

A real cedar ceiling, beautiful ceiling fans, privacy curtains, sunset rocking chairs, comfortable lounge seating, dining for six, and the HotSpring saltwater hot tub make this a favorite place for morning coffee, long dinners, quiet conversation, and late-night soaking.

The hot tub is available year-round, with aromatherapy sachets provided for an extra touch of relaxation.

THE VAULT

Hidden just off the cottage is The Vault — a private, climate-controlled speakeasy-style lounge with an entirely different personality.

Moody black-and-gold styling, neon accents, a custom roll-out poker table, large-screen TV, lounge seating, and a retro refrigerator/freezer create a fun space for cards, movies, conversation, or simply disappearing for a while.

A full LG WashTower is discreetly concealed behind a retractable screen and is available for guest use.

RANCH LIFE & OUTDOOR FUN

There is plenty to enjoy beyond the pool and porch.

Gather around the large dedicated fire pit for s’mores and stargazing, play outdoor lawn games or basketball, let the kids enjoy the spacious playground, walk the ranch, or bring your fishing rod and reel for the stocked ponds with pier access.

Our resident horses are part of the experience too, and guests may feed them the provided carrots along the fence line.

INSIDE THE COTTAGE

The Luxe Cottage is designed to feel polished, comfortable, and easy to settle into.

The extensively stocked kitchen includes cookware, baking supplies, small appliances, serving pieces, and dedicated grilling tools.

The living room features a large-screen TV, fireplace, beautiful statement ceiling fan/light fixture, and two L-shaped sofas with added charging stations. Each sofa can also provide an individual sleeping space when needed.

High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, while family board games, card games, and outdoor games give everyone plenty of reasons to unplug.

Thoughtful guest touches include premium linens, River Ranch Landing robes, private-labeled shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash, extra pillows and blankets, and our “Forgot Something?” essentials.

THE VELVET EMBER ROOM

The Velvet Ember Room features a king bed with premium bedding, private en-suite full bathroom, fireplace, large-screen TV, walk-in closet, full-length mirror, luggage rack, hair dryer and clothes steamer.

The dedicated Last Look Nook includes an LED mirror and convenient power access, with charging stations positioned on both sides of the bed.

THE DAYDREAM ROOM

The Daydream Room features a queen daybed with twin trundle, premium bedding, large-screen TV, beautiful ceiling fan/light fixture, full-length mirror, luggage rack, hair dryer, clothes steamer, and its own Last Look Nook with LED mirror and convenient power access.

COVERED GUEST PARKING

Brand-new complimentary covered guest parking is located beside the cottage for convenient, weather-protected arrivals.

A PRIVATE TEXAS RANCH EXPERIENCE

River Ranch Landing is an active private ranch, and you may occasionally see us tending to the property or animals. Guest privacy and enjoyment remain a priority.

What makes this stay special is the combination: an HGTV-featured resort pool, screened outdoor living, year-round saltwater hot tub, hidden speakeasy, firelit evenings, fishing, ranch animals, family activities, and a beautifully prepared cottage — all within one peaceful Texas ranch setting.

Events, Gatherings & Visitors:
Small events or gatherings and day visitors require prior owner approval. Approved events may require a separate event agreement and additional fees. Unapproved parties, events, gatherings, or visitors are not permitted.

Photography & Filming:
Commercial or professional photography, filming, or content creation requires prior owner approval, a separate location agreement, and an additional fee. It is not included in a standard overnight stay.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside The Luxe Cottage, The Vault, or any other enclosed guest space. Smoking is permitted outdoors in appropriate areas; ashtrays are provided. Please fully extinguish and properly dispose of all smoking materials.

Additional Property Rules:
No glitter or confetti.
Guests may not enter animal pens, arenas, or enclosed livestock areas without permission.
The property is on a septic system; only toilet paper may be flushed.
