Bohemian 2 Bed Vacation Home with EV Charging
After a year-long restoration project, we are thrilled to present Century Residence.
Reflecting the cosmopolitan neighborhood every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to present an experience of upscale casual elegance.
The space
Bedroom: Both bedrooms feature queen sized 7 inch memory foam mattresses and 100% comfortable sheets.
Bathroom: Has rain shower head,
separate handheld handle and oversized sink mirror
Living Room: 60" TV, check. Comfy couch, check. Perfect for gathering your family.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with cooking equipment, dishware and top of the line cooking appliances.
The home is equipped with wireless high-speed internet for all your connectivity needs.
We charge $55 per person per night after fourth person. We will provide rollaway beds for reservations more than 4 people or upon request.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire interior space during your stay.
Other things to note
Convenient Electrical vehicle charging for your Tesla, Rivian or any other electrical vehicle compatible with J1772 chargers. (If you would like to charge, there will be a $15 charge per day added to your reservation.) Please let me know ahead of time if you would like to utilize the charger.
Host health exemption: Due to my allergies to dander, we respectfully decline all booking requests with pets, service animals and emotional support animals.
