Females only. Tucked into a peaceful neighborhood in Frederick, this private bedroom and bath offers a true home-away-from-home experience. It’s the kind of place where mornings feel slow and grounded, and evenings feel calm and restorative.

The home is shared with me, a remote UX designer, and my sweet chihuahua, Lilly. I work from home and keep a quiet, relaxed environment. I’m friendly, respectful, and easy to live with—happy to share space while also giving you plenty of room to unwind and recharge. Lilly is gentle, calm, and often keeps to herself, but she adds a warm, welcoming presence to the home.

Wake up to soft natural light and mountain views from the kitchen and living room. Make coffee and step onto the patio to breathe in the Colorado air. After a long shift or a full day of exploring, come back to a space that feels quiet, clean, and intentionally comfortable.

The home blends cozy warmth with modern convenience. You’ll have an in-unit washer and dryer, and access to a fully equipped kitchen. There are front and back patios for lounging in the sun or winding down at sunset. A large vegetable garden grows throughout the warmer months, and you’re welcome to enjoy what’s in season.

The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and surrounded by walking paths—perfect for a morning jog, an evening stroll, or simply clearing your head. Everything you need is just a five-minute walk away, including King Soopers, Chipotle, a Pilates studio, and the growing Silverstone Marketplace with more shops and restaurants opening soon.

Location is one of the best parts. You’re just 30 minutes from Denver, Boulder, and Longmont, giving you easy access to concerts, festivals, restaurants, sporting events, and cultural experiences—while still coming home to peace and quiet. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a short drive away for iconic shows and scenic hikes. The Rocky Mountains offer year-round adventure, from hiking and camping to skiing and snowboarding. Weekend trips to Estes Park, Breckenridge, the Great Sand Dunes, or even Yellowstone are all within reach.
