A magical week

We absolutely loved our time at the beach! The Condo had the best views. Absolutely love that you could see it from the bedroom and the living room. The beach was wonderful, like always. So nice that the chair service is also included in the stay. We can't wait to come back!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The only minor things that could make it even better would be having a larger TV in the double room — although we didn’t watch much TV — and possibly improving the bedroom lighting, perhaps by adding ceiling fans with lights. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The full kitchen and laundry area were perfect, and the walkway to the beach was wonderful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We will definitely be checking for availability here again on our future trips.

Was located directly on the beach with an amazing view! Less than 10 minutes from the boardwalk and around lots of food options. The condo was beautiful, clean, quiet and secure.

Spring break

We had a great stay during our spring break trip. Everything was super clean upon arrival. We even extended our stay by 2 days and that process was very simple. This is our 3rd time staying at a unit in Surf Dweller, we just love its location so much.

Awesome, loved it!

Kids loved being right on beach! We had a little issue with door lock but maintenance came out last night and let us and back this morning to fix lock and we so very much appreciated it!

Positives- Location, clean, ease to beachNegatives- 1. Door code did not work upon arrival. After a lengthy discussion with customer service outside in the heat, I was provided the "back up" code which worked. 2. AC unit shut off shortly after arrival- After unloading our belongings, an error code was displayed on the AC thermostat and the unit shut off. The numerous(5) signs hung up throughout the condo indicated that a door was left open over 90 seconds but would automatically turn back on which it did not. Number provided to call directly for AC service went to voicemail that directed me to call another number which was disconnected. Called booking customer service and was told that maintenance would be notified but a timeframe for service couldn't be provided. After numerous phone attempts over an hour later which were immediately disconnected, I was instructed to open and close all doors to "reset" the sensors and the unit came back on. I was not instructed to do that upon the first call. I reported that the unit was now on and that the tile floors were now so damp that I was concerned someone would slip and be injured. They put in a request for someone to mop but no one came.3. Mold on hall bathroom ceiling4. Kitchen cabinet door unhinged from cabinet and hanging off5. Loud construction noise in unit directly above ours- Very loud construction noise coming from the until directly above ours on multiple days early in the morning was disruptive to our stay.

Very nice, beautiful ocean view, spacious, condo

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It had so much space for our family. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The view was unbelievable, and the provided chair and umbrella service during our stay (October) was such a blessing. The facility was nice and the elevator seemed to be at the floor we needed every time. The provided carts to bring your things in/up to the condo was such an added convenience. Having bathrooms by the walkway, which were nice and clean, was great for our little granddaughter when we were on the beach. This complex is very, very close to the water so there was not a long walk with all your beach things. Just a few steps away from the building and you were in the sand. Any questions I had with our booking were answered very quickly and they were so pleasant to work with. Would definitely love to rent this condo again!! Thanks to everyone that made our stay a wonderful family memory to cherish!!
