As our guest, you'll enjoy access to a community pool, plus beach chairs at the home for your use during the stay. You can also rent additional beach setups from March to October 2025 for a hassle-free day by the waves.

For your convenience, beach chairs are provided at the house for guest use, so you can head out and set up your perfect spot by the water. Please note: renter must have a valid driver's license and active auto insurance to operate the golf cart.

Spend your days lounging at the community pool, just steps away, or stroll less than 5 minutes to the beach. Beach chairs are provided at the home, and additional rental setups are available (March–October 2025). After beach time, rinse off and fire up the gas grill for an evening cookout.

🏡 House Rules for Crystal Breeze
Occupancy: Max 12 guests
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip. Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation. Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure the reservation.
Pets: Dog-friendly with prior approval and $300 pet fee per dog. Limit 1–2 dogs only.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Parking: Park only in the driveway. No street parking.
Private Beach Access: Use only the designated chairs and umbrellas. Personal setups must stay behind rental chairs.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Grilling: Clean the gas grill after use.
Trash: Bag and dispose of trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock all doors and windows when leaving.
