An ideal home for 2-3 families with children--we sleep up to 11 people.

This lovely home will probably become your favorite beach vacation spot! Located in the Maravilla Resort, this beautifully updated beach cottage gives you the space and comfort of a stand-alone beach house, as well as the amenities of an exclusive beach resort: 2 beautiful swimming pools, fitness center, tennis and PRIVATE beach. It's the best of both! Your rental also includes a COMPLIMENTARY ($600-800 value) 4-PASSENGER GOLF CART which you can use to drive to the beach, nearby shops and restaurants. Please note: while the resort is beachfront (the resort owns the beach) this house is located in the center of the resort about 300 or so yards off the beach.

This inviting home features 3 KING bedrooms and a QUEEN bedroom with an additional TWIN bed and 2 full bathrooms. The fresh decor is light and bright with a true beach house feel. There is plenty of private outdoor space to enjoy too from the cozy front porch to the beautiful back patio with seating, a dining area and a private outdoor shower! Centrally located on Scenic Gulf Drive (near the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Pompano Joe's), this home is very close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

An abundance of windows with beautiful wooden shutters fill this home with light starting with the open living and dining area. There's plenty of seating to enjoy conversation with friends and family, or perhaps catch a movie or sports on the large flat-screen ROKU TV with DVD player. Beautiful tile floors extend throughout this comfortable space. There's a dining table with seating for 6, with room for more at the kitchen bar. The living room has a sleeper sofa.

The fully-equipped kitchen has been updated with beautiful quartz counters and tile backsplash. It is open to the living area, making it perfect for enjoying guests while preparing your favorite food and beverages. You'll find all the dishes, pans and utensils you may need and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. We want you to feel at home, and the large, open layout is a perfect gathering spot for your family or friends.

For your convenience, you'll find a full-size laundry room next to the kitchen. We keep all our homes clean and well updated, and pay attention to amenities you expect, such as high-speed internet (free wifi), nice flat-screen ROKU TVs (in living room and all bedrooms), hair dryers in each bathroom and more. We also provide items our smaller guests may need like a high chair and pack-n-play.

Max occupancy is based on the combination of adults (ages 16+) and children; This home is most comfortable with up to 8-9 adults.

KING BEDROOM #1 - King Master with ensuite Bathroom
This beautiful bedroom features a comfortable king bed and 2 nightstands with lamps so you can relax and enjoy a good book, or curl up for an afternoon nap on luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. There's a dresser and spacious walk-in closet offering plenty of space for your clothes and suitcases. There's also a flat-screen ROKU TV for you to enjoy in this room. This master escape includes a private ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOM #1 – Ensuite to King Master Bedroom
This spacious private bathroom features two sinks and a large vanity, commode and an inviting soaker tub. In addition to the separate shower, you'll appreciate large fluffy bath towels and a personal hair dryer. There's even a new towel warming rack - now that's luxury!

KING BEDROOM #2
This beautiful, bright bedroom features a king bed with a cotton quilt and super soft 100% cotton sheets. There are two nightstands with reading lamps. You'll enjoy this comfortable space with a dresser and closet for storage and a flat-screen ROKU TV.

KING BEDROOM #3
Another new king bed is awaiting you in this lovely room. A comfortable, cotton quilt and Egyptian cotton sheets make it a great place to rest after a long day at the beach. You'll find two nightstands with reading lamps and a flat screen ROKU TV. A dresser and a closet provide space for you to move in and make yourself at home.

QUEEN/TWIN BEDROOM #4
This inviting room offers a flexible layout for adults, children or families. There is a queen bed and a twin bed, both with colorful custom headboards. A convenient table with lamp sits between them. The beds are made up with beautiful quilts and super soft cotton sheets, so you'll sleep comfortably every night. There's a media cabinet with drawers, a large flat-screen ROKU TV and a closet for extra storage.

BATHROOM #2
This lovely hallway bathroom features a tub/shower combination, commode and vanity with storage. You'll find large, fluffy bath towels, as well as a personal hair dryer.

OUTSIDE SPACE and PARKING
In addition to the cozy front porch, you can relax in the comfortable seating and dining area on the private back patio. It's a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening beverages, or you can even enjoy your meals here too with table seating for 8. There's also a gas grill ready for your outdoor chef. You'll love this inviting fenced space.

SHOWER #3 - There's even an outdoor shower stall that offers a fully functioning, private shower (with hot water.) It comes with a warning though--it may cause family arguments about who gets to use it first! With the 2-car garage, there is parking for up to 4 cars at this home, depending on size.

AMENITIES & LOCATION
Maravilla is the one of the most popular family resorts in the Destin area. It's a low-density resort, which means fewer people on the beach! It has a 2-acre PRIVATE beach with a gated entrance and plenty of green space for the kids to run and play safely. You'll find a beach wagon with 4 chairs & umbrella - you can just roll it to the beach. Maravilla also features two swimming pools (one heated), a hot tub, BBQ grills, tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and a basketball hoop. It's easy to see why families return to Maravilla year after year.

GOLF CART – Complimentary use of the 4-passenger golf cart is included with this rental.

Restaurants, activities and entertainment are close-by. You'll appreciate the beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment at Destin Commons. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Whole Foods, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. Local favorites, Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's are a short walk away. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go para-sailing along the beach. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”!

PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly and welcome your dogs in our home. There is a $300 per dog extra fee and your dog must be pre-approved by the owner. Only dogs allowed (no other pets.) Please include the breed/size/age of your dogs in your inquiry for pre-approval.

No one has standards as high as ours, and no one delivers on their standards like we do. You'll find our homes furnished nicer and better equipped than most, and impeccably maintained. We're here if you should need us during your stay.
