Blue Water Beachside Condo
Experience Oscoda like a local in this charming 2-bedroom condo. The space features two cozy queen beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Guests enjoy a bright bathroom with a refreshing shower to start the day right. Climate control keeps the condo comfortable no matter the season. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this marvelous spot offers a welcoming retreat. Fall in love with Oscoda and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Blue Water Beachside Condo is a modern, calming coastal retreat located steps from the water on Lake Huron. The property is designed to appeal to couples, small families, and remote professionals seeking a peaceful beachside experience without resort pricing.
The space
The condo offers a private beach which includes a beach firepit and is next to the Oscoda Pier and the Oscoda Beach Park (which includes a splash pad, childrens swingsets, skate park, and live-band shelter).
Most all local events and farmers markets take place either in the field behind the condo or on the beach beside the condo making this an ideal spot to vacation year-round.
Our condo is beachside meaning that there is not a direct view of the water from inside, however, it offers a peacful sunset view of the field and of downtown with steps to the beach from the porch.
The condo is in walking distance to the local coffee shop, the movie theatre, and the downtown businesses making it an ideal summer spot. Additionally, there is a salon & spa directly across Main Street for self care.
Guest access
There is free parking directly in front of the condo and we use a digital keypad for keyless, secure, and convenient entry.
