The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with full-size new stainless-steel appliances and all the utensils, dishes, and cookware you’ll need for preparing memorable meals together. Step onto the spacious balcony to take in breathtaking views of the sparkling Gulf and the inviting complex pool, perfect for savoring your morning coffee or unwinding with evening drinks as the sun sets. For your convenience, we provide complimentary beach chairs (4) and an umbrella for your seaside adventures and beach cart, as well as a selection of family-friendly board games for cozy evenings indoors.

The complex pool is heated to a comfortable 84 degrees from October through the end of February, and 80 degrees in March and April, ensuring year-round enjoyment for all.


The full bathroom can be entered from the master bedroom or the hallway, and it offers a combination tub/shower and a large updated vanity.

Grand Caribbean East, unit 309, also offers free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with you-tube account included and a washer and dryer inside the unit. This unit is located just a short walk across the low-traffic Scenic Highway 98 with access to the large public beach of white sand and beautiful emerald green waters.
