Welcome! We’re honored to share our lake home with you. This house represents our long-planned retirement dream, thoughtfully built as a peaceful place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of Lake Cumberland. We hope you feel relaxed, comfortable, and right at home during your stay.
You’ll also love the convenience of being just ½ mile from Conley Bottom Marina, with easy access to the water and nearby attractions. Plenty of room for several boats to be parked and vehicles.
Unwind in Monticello at this fantastic estate. With four spacious bedrooms, including three king beds and one queen bed, guests enjoy plenty of room to relax. The three bathrooms feature modern showers and a convenient bidet for added comfort. Climate control keeps the space cozy no matter the season. Whether you’re gathering indoors or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, this awesome estate offers a perfect retreat. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our estate.
