Stunning, fully remodeled 2 bed, 1 bath townhouse w/ 2 plush king beds & an oversized modular sectional couch that can be arranged to sleep up to two guests, comparable to a double bed. This home truly shines when it comes to location! It’s a 3 min drive to historic Olde Town Arvada w/ restaurants, shops, & bars. You’re 15 minutes to Downtown Denver, 15 min to Red Rocks, & 1 hour to Colorado’s top ski areas. Located right off a major highway & 2 minutes to grocery stores. A/C in both bedrooms.
Enjoy full access to this private, fully updated, two-story townhouse designed for comfort and convenience. When you walk in, you’re greeted by an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Relax on the large, incredibly comfy couch and enjoy the flat-screen smart TV. The oversized modular sectional couch (not a pull out couch, see pictures) can be arranged to comfortably sleep up to two guests, it`s comparable to the size of a full/double bed.
Cook and dine in the stunning, newly updated kitchen featuring brand-new appliances, cabinets, countertops, and a spacious island. The new dining table is perfect for meals at home, and the space opens directly to a fenced patio for easy indoor-outdoor living.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a luxurious king-sized bed, along with a shared hallway bathroom. The home features radiant heating on both levels, and both bedrooms are equipped with A/C units for year-round comfort.
Free parking is available directly in front of the unit, with plenty of visitor parking for added convenience.

We would also like to add that we take cleanliness very seriously and we are a little obsessive about it. Our cleaning team is truly the best in the business, and the townhouse is always immaculately clean for every stay.
