Tucked into a quiet townhouse-style community on the west end of Panama City Beach, Sandbar Serenade is built for the kind of trip where the pace slows down and the days stretch a little longer. Beach access point 72 is about a six-minute walk from the front door, so morning swims and sunset strolls are part of the daily rhythm — no driving, no hunting for parking, just sand between your toes.

Inside, the open layout keeps everyone connected. The living room anchors around a large TV, perfect for movie nights or catching the game after a long beach day. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything from a quick breakfast to a full seafood boil, and the dining table seats four with another four spots at the counter — plenty of room to spread out a map of the day's plans or linger over morning coffee.

Step onto the private balcony for a breath of Gulf air. It's a good spot for slow starts, late-afternoon reads, or a drink once the kids are down. When you're ready for a change of scenery without leaving the property, the shared community pool offers a freshwater alternative to salt and sand.

The sleeping setup accommodates six comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

There were pros/cons to this place. The owners were super responsive & nice. I’d recommend them as a host, excellent CS.They put a lot of work into renovating this condo. Everything was new, and well stocked (soap, trash bags, TP, etc), it was a quiet condo/ pool right outside . Complaint wise- Per their listing, they have a map with the condo location circled and a house icon showing where the condo should be located. Since you are not allowed to see the address before you book, we all have to fully rely on the map to be correct and in the case of this listing, it was NOT correct. **YOU CAN NOT DRIVE TO THE BEACH** You must walk. The reason why, is in a car, you’ll have to go away from the beach to exit the condo then make a right or left turn and then basically U-turn to head back towards the beach **BUT** there is absolutely no where to park your car if you do this. Literally the beach pathways (there are two) are walking paths only, no parking lot and no place to park so it’s actually impossible to drive and park. If you must drive, head towards Thomas Donuts,the only parking I saw was across the street from them. If you are loaded up with beach bags, chairs, kids, etc then this walk feels long and hot. At the end of the walk to the beach, to exit the condo there is a locked gate that you have to go in/out & we were not given a code so I had to text to ask. So other than this, the only other things I will mention is that one of the beds we slept in was full of hairs.
