This includes bachelor/bachelorette parties, celebrations, or large social gatherings.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, per City of Scottsdale regulations.
During quiet hours, please keep all noise—including music, TV, conversations, and balcony use—to a respectful minimum.

Maximum occupancy is 3 guests, including children.
Exceeding this limit is a violation of city and HOA rules and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony, per HOA rules.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas in compliance with HOA regulations.
Evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in a minimum $250 additional cleaning fee.

This property operates in compliance with the City of Scottsdale Short-Term Rental Ordinance, including:
