Nestled on a private wooded corner lot, the home offers a peaceful backyard retreat, complete with an outdoor kitchen and back patio-ideal for entertaining, grilling, or just relaxing under the trees. The space: Book for a short or long stay! Located in the heart of Gulf Breeze, just minutes from Pensacola Beach, downtown Pensacola, and nearby shopping, restaurants, parks and zoo. Whether you're here for a family beach vacation, a group getaway, or a peaceful work-from-home retreat, this home has everything you need to relax and unwind. Highlights: Fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Private wooded backyard and seating area. Wi-Fi and smart TV's. Washer & Dryer. Plenty of parking in the front and side of the home or in the garage. Work-ready amenities: 2 dedicated desks and 1 computer for guest use - perfect for working remotely or studying on the go! Sleeping arrangements: Master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed. Bedroom 3 - 1 full bed and twin trundle. Bedroom 4 - 2 sets of twin bunk beds. *All bedrooms have a smart TV. Other things to note: Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home: Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property. Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 9 PM - 7 AM. Only park in the designated areas. Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs. Pets are allowed inside the premises. NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home. To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. No parties, events, and smoking allowed. The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement. The following info can be helpful to know what's around! 25 minutes to Downtown Pensacola. 30 minutes to the Pensacola International Airport. 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach, 24 minutes to Navarre Beach. 10 minutes to Tiger Point Club. Minutes away from shopping, local restaurants and grocery stores. If you like to extend your stay beyond 28 days, please contact the Property Manager for details and availability. *Booking price includes nonrefundable property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000.00 in damages done to the property *Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
