The villa was beautiful, it had everything you needed.

Pros: It was a bonus to have the pool and different terraces to sit out on to catch the sun- the garden was lovely. The location was great - easy to get to small shops, beach and wide choice of restaurants Cons: As mentioned previously in reviews upstairs beds/ mattresses a bit soft.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, a 10 minute walk to the port, which was a flat walk. A 10 minute drive and you are in Soller where you will find a decent supermarket. The villa was as described, although it might be worth mentioning that air conditioning was not in the bedrooms. This wasn't a problem as such as the rooms were actually quite cool and the fans provided did the job (we were there in 30c heat as well). The shower curtains have been replaced with glass doors and the mattresses as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the villa, it was perfect for our stay with our adult children and partners. Plenty of space and different areas to sit and relax. The grounds were great, built over different terraces up to the pool and it gave the feeling that you were in the mountains, although the road into the port was flat. It would not be suitable for people with mobility problems though, so worth mentioning. Check in was easy, a key safe is at the entrance for self check in. Would definitely recommend this villa and would return if we were in the area again.

Charming and perfect location

This place was so charming and well decorated. The hosts were very communicative and gracious. They went out of their way to accommodate an early check in, and the house had everything we needed for cooking, enjoying the pool, laundry, and beaching. It was only a 6 minute walk into the port with great restaurants and very close to the trolley stop. The A/C worked perfectly, and the house was cool and comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage

Pros: Der Pool ist sehr schön , die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet , die Verständigung mit den Vermietern war prima , rund um das Haus gibt es schöne Sitzmögluchkeiten. Cons: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, an kühlen Tagen und Nächten gibt die Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend Wärme ab.

Very nice house with big outdoor area in great location

Pros: The house is really nice, has a great pool and lots of outdoor space. It is very close to the restaurants and shops but still in a very calm location. It is equipped with all you need. Check-in and check-out as well as communication with the agency were very easy and friendly. Cons: The beds were not so comfortable and there is a very narrow stair from ground to first which you might need to block when coming with small children.

Sehr besonderes und liebevoll restaurierte Haus mit viel Charme

Pros: Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert worden. Tolles gepflegtes Gartengrundstück mit verschiedenen sonnigen Terrassen. Pool mit Weitblick bis zum Meer. Perfekte Lage fussläufig in 5 Minuten zum Ort. Wirklich eine Charmante Unterkunft!

Authentic and great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the authenticity of that home, & the stunning antique furniture in the bedrooms. It was clean, well furnished and the location was wonderful.
