We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.<br><br>This approximately 51-square-meter, vintage-style “Kormoran” 3-room vacation apartment on the mezzanine level comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The 2 bedrooms (2nd TV) are furnished with a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment features high-quality PVC flooring throughout. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. The living room includes a TV (cable), radio, and free Wi-Fi. A parking space in the new Molenfeuer parking garage is available for a fee (about a 5-minute walk). This vacation rental is for non-smokers only. From the balcony, you can step directly into the garden. Enjoy our spacious garden area, furnished with beach chairs. <br><br>The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,<br>(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).<br><br>Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.<br><br>Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here.
