Its location on Alexandrinenstraße offers a view of the town’s landmark, the “Teepott,” with the wide Warnemünde beach stretching out behind it. The small street, lined with charming captains’ houses, is set back one block from the bustling Alter Strom with its fishing boats, sightseeing steamers, shops, cafés, and seafood restaurants.
This traditional house combines the charm of Alexandrinenstraße with modern interior design and a cozy living atmosphere. The 100 square meters of living space are well-equipped and easy to maintain. There’s plenty of open space in the courtyard and on the rooftop terrace. The beach and the Baltic Sea are just 200 meters from the front door. Enjoy your vacation in our comfortable, cozily furnished vacation home “Maria,” situated on a small lot with an idyllic terrace in the inner courtyard and a rooftop terrace. The vacation home is approximately 100 square meters in size, designed for 2 to 4 people, and features a large living room with a wood-burning stove (firewood not provided), a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with a sauna (please bring your own sauna towels) on the first floor. The attic level features two bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with a TV, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Amenities: Cable TV, radio/CD/DVD/free Wi-Fi, kitchen with coffee maker, oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house.

The initial supply for the house includes one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).


The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged when booking with a dog.

Severely disabled 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
