The views can not be beat! We loved the layout of the house with the kitchen dining and sitting areas on the 2nd level to enjoy the views! We liked having several areas to sit outside for coffee and reading. The pool, although small was nice to use as a plunge pool after a hot day at the beach. Having the chairs and umbrellas set up daily made things so easy. Well stocked kitchen and great bar area. Bring your own beach towels, as none are provided. The ceiling fans all need dusting but otherwise the house was very clean. The property managers were very responsive, however the property owners failed to get back to the property managers on several requests.

This was a great location, right on the beach. The property was exactly what we expected and allowed us to all have space and a great gathering place.

Great location and accommadations!!!

Terrific property with great beach access! Loved having a separate carriage house. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we did a lot of. It was great having bikes available too! Great family trip with great memories.

This property was beautiful! All we needed. Gorgeous views. Loved having the carriage house, the pool and the bikes. Interior was updated and everything was clean and working. Loved the outdoor areas as well to enjoy shaded views and sunsets.

Wonderful vacation! The house was just as beautiful as the beach! Plenty of room for our group of 12 with the use of the carriage house (with the spiral staircase being the only hurdle). Very thankful for the beach chairs and toys for use! Such a lovely week, wish we could have stayed longer! Would highly recommend this rental and 360 Blue!!!

Beautiful home. We enjoyed our visit. The only drawback is the steps of carriage house. There is no way to get luggage up the winding staircase. I had to leave luggage in main house. The view was great and loved beached access.

Too many things broken including the master bathroom shower. The fridge was leaking the whole time.

Furniture was dirty & wet. Lots of dust in the place. The door alarm to the parking lot was super annoying. Other than that... the views and location was great!

Beautiful floor plan at Endless View but the bed was sagging in the middle, the oven was broken which we knew. But the griddle did not work and a couple of the burners kept trying to light. There was roaches. The pictures were a bit more glamorous than what we got. One room was supposed to have a king size bed and they had changed it out for 2 queens. Overall, not great except for family room and size of kitchen.

We found the house to be very nice and in a perfect location. As others have mentioned, the remote controls and Tv's are confusing to use. We never did figure out the one downstairs. I think one of the remotes may have had dead batteries. I will definitely come back to this area and would love to stay in this house again. I did not find using 360 Blue to be a good experience. The times that I called their office, the girls I spoke with did not seem very knowledgeable. I definitely would NOT use their concierge to book anything. I had her order us beach chairs because I had called several chair vendors who told us that they don't have the concessions for that part of the beach. They lined us up with chairs from Rent Gear Here. I found out totally by accident a week before that the chairs were being set up 2 miles down the beach. Luckily, I was able to cancel them. On my own, I found out the name of the service. I think it was Southwinds. He was very easy to deal with and told me that 1 setup (2 c

Great Potential/ Greater Disappointment

"The "good news" is we didn't kill any roaches on Sunday. You enter Endless View through a private ensuite bathroom. The pessimist could say "Oh crap". The optimist could say "It will go uphill from here." While I am by nature, an optimist, things did not go uphill after entering Endless View on Saturday." 360 Blue did offer to send an exterminator but since we had 4 children under 4, we chose to limit potential exposure to pesticide. General cleanliness: we had to call housekeeping in immediately as the home was filthy. After they left, we still found beer tabs on the carpet and water bottle lids in the shower. There was no broom and dust pan in either house (360 Blue notified and brough one to share). the dryer was not working (360 Blue notified Saturday morning before arrival. The repairman arrived Wednesday. He had been there before and said the exhaust was plugged. He left without fixing it. 360 Blue notified and they did not reply or take action. Safety Issues The trundle bed in the bunk rooms blocked egress to both exit doors (We chose not to use trundle). Trundle mattresses were also filthy. 240 Volt plug covering the dryer outlet was missing leaving exposed wires. This was pointed out to the repairman and 360 Blue. Spindle was missing on the stairs leaving large gap. These experiences left us with the impression that 360 Blue did not care. I sent a detailed list of issues that needed to be resolved. We have been coming to the Destin/Seagrove beaches for 20 years. By far this was the worst experience in those 20 years. This is the first "1" rating I have ever given. My wife and I stayed over at another property (not 360 Blue) 3/8 mile from this. It was an excellent rental.

November 2021 Stay

We recently stayed at "Endless View" for the week of Thanksgiving 2021. The name of the house was spot on and the views were truly great! The condition of the property itself left much to be desired. Upon walking in, the smell of mold and mildew was the first thing that we smelled. This home has been well used and is in dire need of some TLC. I'll list a few of the items that are in disrepair. 1. Many of the exterior doors will not lock. 2. Multiple kitchen cabinet doors are broken. 3. Microwave door broken. You have to slam the door to make it work. 4. Roaches all over the house. 5. Upstairs half bath toilet, constantly running. 6. Upstairs AC broke on Thanksgiving day, leaking water everywhere. 7. Bottom AC broke the morning that we were leaving. 8. Refrigerator leaking constantly on the floor, smelled like dead fish. 9. Mold on many AC registers Although we enjoyed the views and the quick access to the beach, we will spend our hard earned money elsewhere next time.

Our family loved every minute of our time together at Endless View. The house was very nice and the view was spectacular! Hearing the ocean every morning is amazing! However! One of our family members left 2 hair tools in a downstairs bathroom. I emailed within a couple of hours about the items that were inadvertently left behind. By the time someone went over to get the items, they were gone! Extremely disappointing. No one from 360 Blue seemed bothered by this. So check and triple check before you leave a property.

I brought my family to the USA for Christmas and booked the property at 74 Majestica Circle on the recommendation of my friends the Ortemond family from Louisiana. I had 17 in my group. the house is a special place. I found it very well furnished with everything we needed. The staff of 360 Blue were very helpful from day one of my confirmed reservation till today. Due to the weather we didn't get to experience all the activities offered by your company but thourghly enjoyed the dinner prepared by the chef you arra nged for us on our last night I. the house. We will be back.

Very disappointed. The home is need of painting inside. A lot of spider webs very dirty. Some light bulbs out . So many mixed light bulbs. Would definitely return to area but would never recommend this home very unkept and rundown. Downstairs bathrooms smell like sewer gas.
