Excellent location with easy walkover on 40th street access & outdoor shower for when you return.
Perfect for couples, families & those looking forward to relaxing on Oak Island. 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage that comfortably sleeps 7 guests and welcome 2 dogs (under 40 lbs) with a fenced in backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare family meals, but restaurants are also close by.
The Space:
LOCATION - This property is less then a 10-minute stroll to the 40th Street beach access. Its proximity to Middleton Park, shopping, and dining adds to its convenience.
FAMILY ROOM - The family room is furnished with comfy seating and features a smart TV, creating an ideal setting to enjoy cozy movies or a lively game night with family and friends.
KITCHEN -The kitchen, conveniently situated adjacent to the family room, is fully stocked with all the essentials guests need to prepare meals during their stay.
MASTER BEDROOM/BATH - Sleeps 2 - The generous master suite offers a comfy king-sized bed, complete with a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a convenient walk-in shower.
SECOND BEDROOM - - Sleeps 2 - The secondary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and comes equipped with a smart TV for entertainment convenience.
THIRD BEDROOM - Sleeps 1 - The third bedroom is furnished with a cozy twin-sized bed and boasts a dual workspace, complete with ample bookshelves, creating an inviting environment for both relaxation and productivity.
SECONDARY BEDROOM - Conveniently located off the hallway, this bathroom offers the convenience of a tub/shower combination.
LAUNDRY-Guests have access to a full-size washer and dryer for their convenience.
REAR SUNPORCH - Sleeps 2 - The rear sunporch is adorned with a charming coffee bar, offering a selection of coffee makers and mugs for guests to enjoy. Additionally, there is a twin trundle bed available for extra guests' comfort.
BACKYARD SPACE- The fenced-in backyard provides an ideal space for your furry companions to roam and play freely. With its mature landscape featuring flowering plants, it offers a picturesque setting. Additionally, for guests' convenience, there's an outdoor shower available.
AMENITIES
*An ample supply of towels are provided for guests' convenience.
*Included among the amenities are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.
*For beach outings, guests have access to a beach wagon and four beach chairs.
*Additionally, the owners offer a pack-n-play and high chair for the convenience of our younger guests.
THINGS TO NOTE...
**RESERVATION HOLDER
The reservation holder must be over the age of 25 and must be at the property and present for the duration of the stay.
*** DOG FRIENDLY! Will accept up to 2 dogs with a maximum weight of 40 pounds each. There is a $99 nonrefundable fee for the first dog and an additional $50 for the second dog. The initial $99 should be charged at time of booking.
DOG GUIDELINES
1.Guests who choose to bring dogs without including them in the reservation or bring more than 2 dogs may be escorted off the property and no refund will be given.
2. Please leash your dog at all times when outside of the home.
3. Pick-up all dog waste.
4. If you take your dog(s) to the beach, do not allow dogs to walk or play on the dunes.
5. Please be courteous to our neighbors and do not allow your dog to bark excessively while outside.
6. Do not leave your dog(s) unattended on the deck/porch.
7. Please do not leave your dog inside the house unattended. Do not close your dog in a room. Please crate your dog if it will be left alone. Even the most well adjusted and well behaved dog can become anxious in an unfamiliar place. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN CRATE. Crates will not be provided.
8. Dogs must be housebroken.
Guest Access:
You will have full use of the entire home & outdoor living area.
Other Things to Note:
This is a NO SMOKING property.
Fireworks are illegal in Oak Island. Do not shoot fireworks from the decks or porches of the property.
