The bathroom features underfloor heating. From your private south-facing terrace, it’s just a stone’s throw to the pool—a cool spot for the hot summer months in the Bavarian Forest. The apartment is particularly well-suited for couples or individuals who want to enjoy the amenities of Arberlofts and the recreational opportunities of the Bavarian Forest at an affordable price. We offer you a vacation experience with a difference. The vacation rentals and apartments at Arber Lofts feature modern amenities, combined with shabby chic furniture and select antiques. You can expect spacious apartments with a special charm—perfect for friends, family, and groups. The lofts are the ideal place to unwind, relax by the pool, and enjoy precious vacation time with your loved ones. The surrounding area, with its unspoiled natural landscape around the Großer Arber, offers a wide variety of recreational activities and day-trip destinations. All apartments have their own balcony or terrace, a TV, and internet access. The pool and ski storage room are shared facilities. The total amount must be paid by bank transfer no later than 31 days in advance. If there are fewer than 30 days between booking and arrival, the total amount must be paid via instant bank transfer. Please note that neither (credit) card payments nor cash payments are accepted on site. If you would like a payment confirmation, please feel free to send us an email. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed). Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the apartments. Starting in 2026, the visitor’s tax will be included in the price. You will receive the Bavarian Forest AktivCard free of charge. Information on key pickup: in person on-site. For late arrivals, keys are available via a key safe. A crib is available free of charge upon request.
