Great location, nice condo, AC is a little loud and you can hear neighbors, but perfect location and great beach/pool access were our priorities, and this place provides that!

Amazing location and lots to do!

We stayed for four nights at this location, and we were very pleased with the overall friendliness of all of the resort staff as well as all the shop owners in the area. Located right across the street from a public access beach and countless shops I could not have asked for a better location to experience 30A!

Quick Labor Day trip

Very well maintained property with nice gulf view from the balcony. Super easy beach access. Check in / Check out was seamless. Highly recommend.

Perfect location with upscale decor.

Lovely unit with upscale amenities and decor, perfect walking distance to destination restaurants and beach. Private beach set up area was nice and the chairs were more affordable than the public section. No ocean view but the courtyard is not unattractive.

Cut short

We only stayed 24 hours because we received a call the night we arrived that my mother-in-law had to have emergency surgery. She is 89 and lives alone in northern Virginia. We were so sad to leave! We definitely want to come back and stay again, hopefully much more than 24 hours!

Perfect location. Unit perfect for us. TVs were a nightmare to work. Instructions not helpful. Broom for sweeping sand, but red children’s sandbox shovel for dustpan.

Nice winter get a way

Gulf Place is a very nice area. Beach access by walking across the street. Many food options close by. This studio was clean and bright. Convenient on second floor with a nice balcony to enjoy. Some things need attention are the bed headboard is loose, I stuffed a pillow behind it to keep it from banging the wall. Futon is uncomfortable and the microwave area leaves little room to work. Non the less I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly.

Gulf Place is a wonderful place to stay!

We rented Gulf Place #4115453. The property was super nice-great pools, a lot of activities to keep you busy. Such a neat setup with the shops, coffee shop and restaurants right there under the condos. Loved the artist hub and huge grassy area for concerts and other activities. This unit was so close to the beach which we loved. Overall the condo was nice. However I would advise the owners to invest in a new sleeper sofa. Two suggestions for the kitchen would be to purchase a blender and to add a larger shelving unit in the closet for pantry items. We would definitely stay at Gulf Place in the future! 2/10 Horrible

The only pro is location

Pros are location and front desk staff were nice. Unfortunately many cons, horrible noisy springs on bed! Outrageous charge for one night in this motel like feel of a run down room. I have stayed at gulf place inn, cabanas and Caribbean for 20 years and this was by far the worst experience. Broken chair on deck that overlooks parking lot as well as poor lighting in bathroom and room.for these charges I expect more.

The outside of property was lovely. The inside needs update.

The balcony was beautiful but the furniture was cheap and dilapidated. The room was nice size but no lighting, only a couple of lamps, floors looked dirty and comforter was old and smelled bad. Mold on tiles in bathroom and mops and cleaning supplies in closet in bucket.
