Come relax and enjoy all that 30a has to offer while staying in this beautifully decorated 1 bedroom condo in popular Gulf Place! With 3 private beach entrance directly across the street as well as one public beach access (Ed Waline), there is plenty of sand for everyone! This condo is conveniently equipped with a bedroom, full kitchen and living room with a pull out sofa sleeper. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated and the kitchen is fully stocked!
There is a queen bed in the bedroom and and a sleeper sofa in the living room, which allows this condo to conveniently sleep up to 4 guests. There is a full bathroom (with shower/tub combo) and a full kitchen! Conveniently located on the second floor and with views of the Gulf, you will have everything you need for a vacation to remember! We provide 2 back pack beach chairs as well as the following starter amenities:
(2) Toilet paper rolls
(1) Roll of paper towels
(2) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent
(1) dawn soap and sponge Starter set of dishwasher soap
(4) Keurig coffee pods
* Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly for longer stays.
The complex features tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, corn hole, and there are three pools (Two seasonally heated from Thanksgiving through Spring). Gulf Place is located on the west end of 30a, but we encourage you to explore all of 30A via Golf-cart or bike rental to see all what it has to offer or simply grab your towel and chairs (we provide 2 beach chairs) and head to the beach. There are so many things to do nearby - you may not know where to start! Whether venturing to the sugar white sands and sparkling blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, or taking a day to sight see, you will love enjoying everything this area has to offer! Gulf Place has a Wine Walk every 3rd Thursday of the month for your enjoyment! Attendees can enjoy samplings of hand-selected wines, light appetizers, live music and giveaways while venturing to all of the unique Gulf Place shops.
Please note: There is a ring door bell on the door for security and safety purposes.

The old saying goes 'if you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life', and that is why I became a Florida real estate agent and, more recently, a real estate broker. This property is the IDEAL location for your 30a Getaway! You have a full kitchen at your disposal, as well as several restaurants within walking distance should you decide you don't feel like cooking! Also within walking distance are three private beach accesses for the complex, as well as one public beach access. On the ground floor of the complex, there is an ice cream shop as well as bike rentals. This complex truly has it all!

We regret that we are unable to accommodate animals at this rental, however, we are happy to put you in contact with other local owners who have animal-friendly rentals.
