I chose this property because of its close location to the Navy base. Great spot. The beach was beautiful. I love the location because it wasn’t a giant condo complex. Easy to get in and out of.

Quick getaway for Spring Break

Overall great stay! Website description pretty much accurate. Loved that it's an ocean property and we had direct beach access! E12 I would recommend to others! Definitely love the decor and whole setup of the loft style apartment. Only suggestion would be to put a tv in the loft space.

Perfect short get away

This was my first time booking a condo for me and my friends and we had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and we loved that it was right next to the beach. We’re already talking about our next stay here! :)

Great Stay!

The property was comfortable and clean and steps away from the beach! The bed was very soft! Only downside was that we weren’t aware the property didn’t have WiFi but lucky we had hotspots. Other than that, it was a very relaxing stay.

Nice location

Super cute condo. It is located on a not so busy end of Panama City. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Had a few issues with the cleanliness of the the condo. Vacasa reached out and assured us that it would definitely take care of the problem for the next visitors. The representative for Vacasa was very attentive to us during our visit. Overall the place and location were very good. We would stay here again.

No gate code

Received four different gate codes and never got one that worked. No gate code means no beach access unless a stranger happens to come around and help. Highly to not recommend.

I was told that when the condo was ready, I would receive a text. I never did. I messaged to see if the condo was ready after check in time and I was told no but when I went and checked the door code, it worked and the condo was clean already. We also were told we would get a parking pass left in the condo for us to use in our car and it was not there and we never got one. Only one outlet by the master bedroom bed on both sides of the bed worked. So you could not have the lamps plugged in and a phone charger at the same time. There was no overhead light attached to the fan in the master bedroom to use either so you could unplug the lamps. There was NO WiFi at this condo and there was also no cable (that we know of). We reached out about the cable to be able to watch TV and got no response. The tvs were all smart tvs but no internet available to use them. The day before we checked out, our door code just stopped working. We also had to use another families beach gate access code the entire time of our stay because our access code did not work the entire time we stayed (we reached out two different times and each time a new code given to us did not work). Would not recommend and would not stay again.
