¡LAS PLAYAS DE BONITA Y NUESTRO PUEBLO SON HERMOSOS!

Nuestra casa adosada cómoda y acogedora se encuentra en la comunidad tranquila, amigable y cerrada de Hacienda Village, Bonita Springs, Florida.

Este 'pedazo de paraíso' está cerca de todo ... excepto el frío.

Un fácil 2. 5 millas trotar / caminar / andar en bicicleta a las hermosas playas de arena blanca de la costa del golfo, donde las conchas, conchas y más conchas esperan ser encontradas.

Golf un campo diferente, cercano, de clase mundial a diario.

Pesca en alta mar y paseos en bote en abundancia.

Compre hasta que se caiga en las tiendas de antigüedades, el centro comercial Coconut Pointe, el centro comercial Miromar Outlet o una de las boutiques Funky, todas cercanas.

Quince minutos al sur se encuentra Nápoles ... Naples Pier, el zoológico de Nápoles y el Teatro Filarmónico de Nápoles, un gran lugar para una excursión de un día.

Si te gusta comer y beber, tu único problema es qué lugar elegir.

Antes de partir, dirígete a Greyhound Track. Está a cinco minutos de la puerta. Esperemos que ganes lo suficiente como para pasar otro mes.

Very Nice Place Fully Stocked

The place was very nice, well maintained, well stocked with all things from toilet paper to bikes and grill etc... The condo and the surrounding safe, friendly, clean atmosphere. Really enjoyed it. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Great Place, Great Amenities and Convenient

This was a great spot for my husband and I. We Iike to beach, fish, and visit friends in the area. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was clean, updated and close to the pool! Loved loved loved the lanai. Spent most of our time there. It was comfy and we had a cardinal, woodpecker and butterflies to view. The location is convenient to everything. We've been coming to the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 22 years. We've bounced around to several places the last several years but enjoyed this place the most. We'll definitely be back next year.

High score for hospitality

We stayed a month in this house. Very cozy house. Very well stored, everything was there. I missed a kettle. A few days later I found a nice purple kettle in the mailbox. Quit situation, view on a quit road. We found the house (like many houses in Florida) a little dark, which can be nice in summer, to keep the sun out. But we were there in December and would have loved to have some sunshine. Upstairs balcony (adjacent to master bedroom) catches sun almost the whole day.

Great place for a relaxing vacation

Close to beaches, entertainment (the Stage) restaurants, British Open Pub, Mels Diner, Olive Garden, Coconut Jack’s, sneaky Pete’s, Carrabas, Outback Steakhouse, PF Chang. Great location and wonderful friendly location.

Fabullus place

We were fortunate to have enjoyed Km and Mitch’s condo for two months for the last two years. It had everything we could have wanted, and more. Mostly it was a pleasure to work with the Orsburns who are great people. We wish we could return next year but circumstances prevent it. We highly recommend this rental at Hacienda Village.

Home had Everything! Great location, facilities, charming and quiet!

The condo was absolutely perfect! Looking forward to a follow-up visit asap. Elegant style combined with practical accommodations and plenty of living space made our visit go by too quickly. Owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It was a heck of a deal considering the amenities and location. Owners even provided extras like; beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella, bikes, gas grill, fresh cookies upon arrival, alcohol and many other things that made our get away even better! I highly recommend Mitch and Kims place! Its as close to perfect as you can get.

Wonderful well equipped condo with excellent attentive service from Mitch and Kimmy

Situated in a well maintained, picturesque gated community not far from the beaches. Very well equipped and fully stocked, comfortable accommodation containing absolutely everything you could possibly require for a great vacation. We spent 4 weeks at the condo and there is lots of space to really chill out and make yourself at home. We had a great experience and I cant praise Mitch enough for his friendly attentive and efficient service. We shall be back again and have no hesitation in adding our strong recommendation to potential renters.

Beautiful condo and exceptional owners!

My husband, 6 year old son and I stayed here during the holidays in December 2015. I travel a lot for my job, so am always worried if rental homes are too good to be true. Let me assure you, this is a WONDERFUL condo to stay at. It was clean and pristine, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It truly felt like a second home. Appliances were top notch and we used the washer and dryer quite a bit, so we definitely got to cut down on how many clothes to bring. The condo is stocked with beach towels, sunscreen, books to read, and the wifi worked great. It was able to stream Netflix very easily. We didn't visit the resort pool, but it looked nice. We mainly went to Barefoot Beach. The master closet is huge and the beds are super comfortable. There is a parking area right in front of the condo and the condo has a lovely screened in porch to enjoy morning coffee. One of the best parts of our vacation was how amazing Mitch and Kim were to work with. They seriously could not have been more accommodating and prompt in their response. We would love to go back here any time!

Comme à la maison, neige en moins ...

Merveilleux séjour dans le confort de ce spacieux condo parfaitement bien équipé, situé dans une jolie ville, près de tous les services et des magnifiques plages du golfe du Mexique. Des journées bien remplies à nager, explorer les parcs d'Etat et villes environnantes à la marche ou en vélo et au retour, cuisiner de bons petits plats et relaxer dans cette chaleureuse et agréable maison. Merci Kim et Mitch

Felt like a second home!

Our visit to this lovely home in Bonita springs could not have gone any better. Mitch and Kim are an absolute dream to work with. They were attentive and always quick to respond. The condo is decorated beautifully and is well appointed for your stay. It is sparkling clean, and as an avid business traveler, I always get a bit apprehensive about not staying at a chain hotel, but this home exceeded every expectation. My husband, six year old son and myself stayed in the home for over a week as we were visiting family in town. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer because it helped us cut down on how much we had to bring. The house is fully stocked with everything you may need and the wifi and TV both worked well. The hacienda neighborhood is lovely and safe. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bonita Springs.

Beautiful Townhouse close to beaches

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful townhouse. The kitchen is well equipped which is a plus in a rental. You are close to beaches , shopping and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and there are two heated pools. i would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Townhouse in a well kept neighbourhood

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful clean town home in the hacienda village. It has everything you need. It's a beautiful friendly neighborhood with a well kept pool, if you felt like relaxing near the town home instead of the beach. The town home is very close to the beach, restaurants, naples pier, outlet mall. We enjoyed our stayed :)

Comfort of home with all the amenities!

My husband and I decided to rent this property because we are near retirement and wanted to explore this area of Florida. We found the property at an excellent rate for the amenities we received. Beautiful grounds and friendly, gated neighborhood. The condominium was spacious and very nicely decorated. All the comforts of home with a beautiful pool area. Not far from the beach and perfect location for exploring the area. The property owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. We loves our stay!
