Family vacation

Beautiful place, great place to take the family. The beaches were well groomed, and the water was so clear. We seen dolphins every day.

The view from the house is good but the house is not clean. The listing says it sleeps six but can sleep only 4. The double beds are so worn out that they are gave creeky sound whenever we move. The mattresses on double beds are worn out too. The bathrooms have mold in it and have bugs all over. Rest is ok

Best place we’ve ever stayed at. Very clean, spacious and the gulf view was outstanding. Having 2 sofas was perfect for us napping. We’ll definitely try to get this unit again.

Description of the property was very very accurate. The location was fantastic even though it was off-season. It was wonderful to go into a heated outside pool being able to watch dolphins from the porch was such a wonderful experience.

A large, beautifully decorated condo close to the beach and pool. The bed was very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. I highly recommend this place!

Fall Break Getaway

Had a wonderful trip for fall break. Breakers East 604 was perfect for our group of 4 adults and two children. The condo is beautifully decorated and spacious. The look and feel was very “Beachy” but classy as well. We will definitely plan a return trip.

Beautiful Vacation

The place was well equipped and very central to all the attractions. We had fun. The furniture and rugs could do with a thorough cleaning, but the kitchen and Bathrooms were spotless. No complaints.

Awesome View! Excellent location

Once we got settled in, the view was awesome! Had a perfect view of the Gulf! Looked like a movie scene! The bedrooms were great, the bathrooms were great. The kitchen and dining area was excellent! The only thing that we noticed was how loud the air conditioning unit was. I thought it was the washer and dryer when I woke up! I'm sure it's something that the owner has no control over. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Property was very nice. Staff was great. TV did not work in the master bedroom the entire week. The second bedroom had sand in the sheets when we arrived. Other than that it was clean and very nice! Views were gorgeous.

The house smelled like urine. The smell is coming from the air conditioning. The furniture in the living room was filthy. We called the management company to ask to be moved. We knew that there was no fixing the urine smell.They said they would send somebody out to clean the furniture. We did not want to be inconvenience by this and so we just covered it with sheets. This unit does not come with chairs or an umbrella like many of the other units at this location. All of the furniture is banged up the unit comes with no amenities such as beach towels, sand toys, etc. Find another unit the smell is horrible. The air conditioning unit also did not pull the place very well.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo on uncrowded private beach

What a view! What a location! What a great floor plan! What cute decor! What a great private beach! We loved everything about this condo and would highly recommend it to others. Close to the harborwalk marina restaurants and shopping! Smaller condo building meant this private beach for guests is way less crowded than other private beaches down the shoreline. Easy to reserve chairs & umbrellas on site or get shaved ice on the beach or set you your own beach chairs on the water’s edge. We had a slight blip upon arrival where the code we were texted did not work to open the door, but a quick call to Vacasa and they were able to reset the code so we could gain entry. We loved the huge oceanfront balcony and amazing views from the living room, master bedroom and the kitchen!! We ate our meals out on the balcony on the high rise seating and table and at the indoor table dining. With such a spacious kitchen that provided all we needed to cook meals, we were able to save money and eat in and enjoy the beautiful ocean views, better than most restaurants offer in town! Comfortable beds! Comfy sofa! Everything we could ask for! Seriously loved this unit for our family of 4 for the week.

Spring break

Again Communication and location was A1.The main and most important issue I had was the lack of cleanliness.I dont want to go into details because there were alot of issues but I strongly recommend terminating the contract with the cleaningcompany effective immediately.I also recommend getting a company that will mop & clean rugs as well as furniture.My family walk around our homes barefoot & can go to bed & wake up with clean feet.The bottom of my families feet were literally black after walking around the condo less than an hour.After that, they begin to wear their crocs after bathing.I did share pics and concerns with staff & they acknowledged and accommodated us the best they could for the inconvience I suppose,but if i would have had it my way I would have left.We were really uncomfortable there due to those issues and the many others, to the point were my 11 yr old son needed a fork and he said, "I dont trust this place to eat off their stuff."I would love to say I would stay at Breakers East again, but with the dirtiness and age of the building,I wont. If u need pictures please let me know I have some!

Enjoyable Stay – Just a Few Issuies

We found our stay in this two-bedroom unit to be, for the most part enjoyable. The unit is large and it looks like it has been updated within the last several years. I appreciated the fact that there were hard floors throughout. And the view was beautiful. I also loved the seating on the balcony. I always worry about noise when renting in a complex; it was mostly quiet. There were a few minor issues: the linens (from the towels to the bedding) were scratchy, pilling, and uncomfortable. Bring your own if you're picky. The furniture was a little dingy and stained. So just be prepared for that. The washer and dryer were very old and didn't work great; I wouldn't wash your personal belongings in it if you're hoping for a good clean. (And I really hope the sheets/towels were not washed in-unit.) This didn't bother us too much, but be prepared to either pay for beach chair rentals or sit far away from the building; personal chairs/tents/umbrellas are not allowed in front of the building. The Unit's HVAC couldn't keep up with the (mild) temps. It was stuffy and humid most of the time we were there. (And we're from Georgia–so we're used to humidity.) The light from the outside hallways was extremely bright–bring blackout shades or black trash bags to cover the windows if you have small kids or are sensitive to light at night Bring your own beach towels as well as salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. (I know some VRBOs will have those things. This one didn't.

Spacious and Beautiful -- needs LOVE and TLC

Although the condo is very spacious and beautifully appointed, it is not well maintained within the unit itself. My feet turned black from being out on the balcony, which means the floors inside & the carpet, are also showing dirty black wear on them. The bathroom floor was not mopped properly, as there were dried splotches of some liquid on the floor that I could scrape up with my fingernails, gross. The roller shades in the Master are only adjustable to completely up or completely down pooling on the floor below, which allows light to come in. Upon arrival, the flush handle on the toilet in the Master Bath was barely hanging on, so that the following day, it completely broke off and was unable to be flushed, requiring a call into maintenance. Why didn't the cleaner notice this before I arrived, report it and have it fixed? The shower handles are a challenge to figure out to get an accurate water temperature. Turns out that our day of arrival and the following day, the fire alarms were being tested as well as water pressure. I only found out from experience and a letter posted in the elevator. The fire alarm going off at odd moments was disturbing, and I called it in as a maintenance request. Although the PROPERTY gate code was listed in the email, it was not sent in the text info, so upon arrival, very frustrating trying the codes that were sent, and none of them worked, b/c they were for other gates. Clear wording please! Dealing with VACASA was frustrating!

Do not stay here.

I paid a good chunk of change to book this condo for my bachelorette trip over the July 4th weekend. The actual condo was beautiful, right on the beach, spacious, and relatively clean. We checked in on a Friday and immediately realized how warm it was in the condo. Shocker, the thermostat DOES NOT WORK. It is a smart thermostat. It would not adjust. It was 79-80 degrees in this condo. No ceiling fans. We immediately called and had very little help but they did send someone to look at the thermostat. They couldn’t figure it out but he had a couple of fans in his van so he brought us those. It was still absolutely miserable, you couldn’t shower or really even move around in this condo without being drenched. I spent all weekend of my bachelorette trip on the phone with them to have NO answers and NO help. I was constantly told “we will open a ticket, we’ve called the person but they aren’t answering, we can’t do anything else for you” I explained how absolutely ridiculous this treatment was. For how much money we paid. To be absolutely miserable in our condo with absolutely NO help and NO compensation for our air conditioner. I called at least 8 times to attempt to get someone to help us. I was told someone would be coming out on Saturday to fix it. No one showed, no one called. We still have not had ANY answers or compensation for this absolutely terrible experience. Our poor maintenance man at our condo finally brought us multiple industrial fans for us. DO NOT STAY HERE.
