¡Disfruta de un pedazo de paraíso! La unidad # 205 es un condominio muy amplio de dos dormitorios / dos baños ubicado en el segundo piso de Breakers East en la playa. Vistas espectaculares frente al mar desde el amplio balcón de 30 'con acceso desde el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar. Balcón con vista a la piscina, área de parrillas, paso de dunas y la playa. Acceso a Internet por cable de Cox de alta velocidad de cortesía, WIFI. La unidad # 205 está decorada con buen gusto en el estilo 'beachy' de Florida.

Best experience ever!!

Our stay could not have more perfect. The view was like a picture postcard. Amazing !! We saw dolphins severel times from our balcony. We felt very safe in this area. Appreciate the kitchen amenities. The traffic on the main road is heavy but that goes for anywhere you stay in Destin on the ocean. We would definitely stay again. The beaxh is insanely beautiful. And perfect.

Thankfully, BE 205 was available and we were very happy with it; well stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed, even extra beach towels in the laundry. Erica at Your Assistant At The Beach is very easy to work with, even finding us a couple more days at our condo. We’ve been staying at Breakers for 20 years and have always been happy here.

Only negative the small bedroom with all the beds had no where for suitcases and they all ended up taking p a bed and hallway. I think they need to redo the closet and have multiple luggage racks in there.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Beds were comfortable although it could probably use an update on the pillows. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and utensils. And the view, the view was spectacular! It was the perfect beach getaway for some R&R. The complex was quiet. I did have a question for the management staff and they were very responsive. Definitely would consider staying here again as I really appreciated the cleanliness and convenience the complex is to attractions of the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area.

Winter Vacation in Destin

Reviewer Comments: The expansive condo at Breakers East has a cozy comfy feel and was a wonderful location for our son's family of four's week-long visit for his young children's first experience "at the beach". Other guests we hosted during our month-long stay, remarked on the accommodations' homey touches. My husband and I enjoy the balcony access from the Master bedroom (we just love waking up to the sound of the surf!) and the very comfortable king bed. The immaculate pool was a comfortable 85 degrees. The kitchen was well-appointed with crockpot, and baking ware as well numerous pots and pans. When our toaster developed a problem, Carolyn immediately sent a brand new replacement. The few issues that arose (all were minor) were corrected the same or following day. Brandon was terrific! Having a full size washer and dryer in the condo was fabulous! The dining room table was large enough for family dining as well as game nights. The beach was just steps away. The coded gates for the parking lot and beach area conveyed a sense of privacy and security. Merlin's Pizza, McGuires, and The Acme Oyster House were fabulous dining destinations. The SeaQuest Dolphin cruise was a fun afternoon experience for adults and children. The Rainforest black-light indoor mini-golfing course was an engaging activity for a rainy day! We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return !!!!

The condo was in a great location and very spacious. The balcony was the best part with a beautiful view. The only negative was that there were too many codes to remember in order to be keyless. There were four different door/gate codes. I would stay again.

Get away with granddaughters!

I give this place a 5 star for convenience to everything and our condo was so clean and had everything we needed! Love Destin!

Love the beach

For the past two years the elevators hav3 been a big problem, which I understand will be taken care of this winter. The condo we stayed in has not been updated. We were without a washing machine for 5 days which I don’t understand why the previous clients and or cleaning people didn’t address earlier. Customer service was good. Don’t think I would stay in this particular condo again, needs to be updated and a little more handicap friendly.

Check in and out was a breeze. The location was great and we LOVED the chairs and the umbrella for the beach daily. The beds were very comfortable.The only downside is the unit is not remodeled and it had a musty smell to that increased when the AC kicked on. Overall we loved the stay, the beach and the destination.
