The Space:

Escape to the 'Big O Beach' at this bright and sunny 2,000 square foot Gulf front townhome with water views from every room and plenty of space for a large family or travel group of up to 12 guests! Enter via your private, two-car garage and make your way upstairs to the main living area with balcony access and plenty of books and games to enjoy. This vacation rental features a full kitchen with a breakfast bar to make it easy to prepare home-cooked meals, plus a unique coffee bar with a stand-alone ice maker. Dine together at the table for eight or at the smaller table for four, either of which is also great for family board game nights. The living area includes a large, comfortable sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV and also opens up to the furnished Gulf front balcony where you can whip up something delicious on the gas grill, dine overlooking the sparking blue waters, or watch the Blue Angels Air Show.



Cross the bamboo wood floors and travel up to the second level where you will find the master suite complete with a king bed, sofabed, and a private balcony. Climb the spiral staircase leading up to the loft complete with an additional king-size bed, a TV for movies (bring your own DVDs), and another great view. Your second full bedroom is complete with two queen beds and water views, while the third bedroom has another queen. This townhome is the perfect vacation destination for making great family memories!

Or head across the road to slip into the calm, warm waters of Little Sabine Bay - perfect for anyone traveling with kids. Take a fun and fascinating trip back in time at Fort Pickens, where you'll also find hiking trails and soft-sand beaches. And for dining options, discover several popular options less than a mile up the road including the Pensacola Boardwalk, Peg Leg Pete’s, Flounder's Chowder House, Hemingway's Island Grill, and Shrimp Basket, all of which offer take-out.

The best

The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and just steps to the beach. The townhouse had everything our family could want: beach chairs, toys, cooking utensils, and plenty of space to spread out. Both the grandparents and grandkids enjoyed the comfort and convenience. A great spot for a relaxing family getaway!

Let’s just say I’ve stayed in many units over the years, but this one will be the ONLY one I book moving forward. It had EVERYTHING. We brought our 19 month old to the beach for the first time. I had stressed about all the things to bring for him like toys and beach necessities. Yall… they had everything! Stress free everything! The view was great, and the customer service of the property management was top notch. Checked in multiple times through our stay. Cannot say enough about this place!

Perfect spring break!

This rental is absolutely perfect! Was great for our family spring break trip. The stroller was such a helpful addition for our daily walks. All the beach toys were great for our daughter and not to mention the extremely short walk to the beach. The apartment has so much room! We will definitely be back!

From start to finish our trip was AMAZING! Loved that all we needed to bring was our clothes and personal hygiene items. Wonderful place and location

I've been coming to pensacola beach for the past 14 years. This is the first time we have stayed here. By far this is the best place to stay. Litterally 25 steps to the ramp and another 30 steps to the beach. Spacious as we had 6 adults and 1 2 year old.

What snowstorm?

Even though we experienced the historic snowstorm during our visit… it didn’t hamper our stay at this beautiful beachfront home. Breathtaking views! We saw dolphins swimming by from the living room. Really can’t beat the location. The home was roomy and comfortable. I would love to come back but maybe not during a snowstorm next time.

This is our 2nd time staying here. They have everything you need—beach toys, beach chairs, tent, inside toys and games for kids, kitchen appliances, etc. Everything is so clean. You can’t beat the location! We look forward to our stay here every year.

Second Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. Great place and big enough for a large group. It's right on what could only be considered a private beach as there is no public parking immediately nearby.
