This rental is located within the Gulf Island Resort and just a short walk from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit on the beach and watch playful shorebirds or dolphins. Overall we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the garbage disposal / kitchen sink stunk of rotten shrimp by the time we checked in. Had to fill the sink with water and plug it to keep the stench out of the condo. Shame on the previous tenants for leaving something so stinky in the pipes and shame on the cleaning crew for not identifying it and flushing it away.

Great Week on the Emerald Coast

Great beach condo!

We loved this place! Five of us stayed comfortably! The condo had everything we needed for the week! Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean when we arrived! Loved having the beach so close! Will definitely be back!!

This place was truly amazing. Very clean, quiet and definitely the perfect location!

Everything was wonderful. My only suggestion would be to let the renter know the building number as well.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our time at the condo! We love how close it was to walk over to the beach. The extra items provided in the condo were unexpected but they thought of everything. There are items for littles, extra little toys that families will love! The only criticism I would have is that the Wifi is not great in this area. Our original door code they sent was not the correct one and we had to wait about a half our to get the correct one.

Loved our stay!

Condo was clean, peaceful, and right next to the beach! Navarre is a beautiful beach! Price of condo was excellent! Nice kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Will be back!

Home away from home

Perfect for our family beach was right there. Was able to visit with friends and grill. Enjoyed just being lazy and floating in pool. Had everything we needed. Thanks we will defiantly be back.

Great homey place

this place was comfortable and homey, honestly didn't want to leave. The place was clean and very inviting. The only think I would recommend is better direction and better labeling of the buildings. They only supplied on garbage bag and one packet of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.

Check in was horrible.

Had to make numerous phone calls & a trip to the office before we were given the room code. The view of the beach was beautiful from the room.

Liked the area, lots of access spots for the beach with free parking. Crosswalk right in front of the entrance to the parking lot makes it super easy to get seaside in a few minutes. It's a workout with no elevator, unit on the third floor, but that's mentioned in advance. Unit was very clean, lots of towels and brand name soaps for the shower. Balcony has a decent view of the gulf. Kids liked the decorations, bunk beds were fun for them. Definitely would consider staying again.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Location is nice. Amenities great; had the beach service provided for 2 days. Place was clean. Unfortunately, 3 flights of stairs is rough on the older bodies, but we definitely got our exercise. Not used to so much algae in the Gulf Coast beaches. Water was still clear, but you had to go pretty far out to escape the itchy green stuff. Just mentioning that. It has nothing to do with the property. Management communicated very well.

Vacation from hell

Sand all over, spent hours cleaning!, dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, two faucets in bad shape, kitchen faucet leaked all over the kitchen in and under cabinet and belongings in the living room area, carpet had a smell, handle fell off oven, no one has called to offer any type of refund or reimbursement!

Bait and switch

The property was nice. The VRBO process was a nightmare. The actual price was twice what the advertised price was on the VRBO website. When I questioned this I was hung up on twice by VRBO personnel. Extra fees and lies. I will never use VRBO again!

Pretty Nice

I'd stay here again. STUFF WE LIKED: Close to beach, pool, 2bathrooms, W/D, fast internet, TV, balcony, nice kitchen, great fridge and dishwasher, plenty of hot water, decent supply of kitchen stuff, comfy beds, clean, didn't smell funky.. STUFF WE DIDNT LIKE: 3rdFloor with no elevator!, the place didn't feel like someone's home-- picture frames had the stock photo w/ barcode, dishes and furniture still had the price stickers on them. Pots, pans, broom/dustpan and toaster oven were all cheap crap. It's a great condo, get a decent broom and some nice pots.

We chose this property because is seemed to be pretty child friendly. (The bunk beds) when we got there our code did not work. It took ten minutes on the phone and three different codes to get in. Very frustrating after being in the vehicle for 9 hours. Once we got in it was clean. There was a lot of staining on the couch and pull out sofa bed. There is not a high lock on the door which was nerve wracking when the kids beds are literally right by that door. So anyone with the code could get in if they wanted to at any time including property managers/cleaning service. So I was a nervous wreck the whole time there. The WiFi would not work and the tv wouldn’t load hardly anything. The channel guide didn’t work. When using the dryer leave that hallway door open or else there will be a thick layer of condensation all in that closet which will promote mold growth when combined with heat from dryer. The beach is a three minute walk across the road there which was a plus. This was a great find at a cheap price. The kids really found the automatic trash can to be entertaining.
