This condo has complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up every day on the beach for your stay. Step out onto your private balcony each morning, whip up your favorite breakfasts on stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and enjoy wonderful proximity to restaurants, bike paths, and the countless beauties of Scenic Highway 30A. This beachfront property is centrally located in Seagrove Beach, with the shores of Eastern Lake just down the road. If you head a few blocks up to 30A, you'll have your choice of wonderful dining options, including the Old Florida Fish House, Perfect Pig, and Cafe Thirty-A within a mile. The bustling heart of Seaside is three miles west, and darling Alys Beach is only five miles east.

Location:This is our 3rd year staying in this building, 1st time in this condo. It’s a quiet part of 30A, in the back of the neighborhood, no thru traffic. Very good placement. Condo: Overall - it’s adequate for the price point but not luxurious by any means. On par with other condos charging less than 400 per night. It was clean and smelled good, A/C worked well, appliances were all in good shape and worked fine. Main Concern: even though you’re right on the beach, you can’t hear the ocean from the patio over the noise from all of the HVAC units that are positioned on the side of the next building over. Second Concern: The queen-sized bed was uncomfortable because the mattress sagged in the middle. A king sized bed would have been a more adequate accommodation for the main bedroom. Third Concern: The couch is a sleeper sofa, so it felt saggy also not very comfortable. The dining room table was nice but the chairs had obviously seen better days and were rickety and felt like they’d been put back together after they’d been broken once or twice. Last Concern: The water pressure in the shower was comically strong & the tub floor was very slick, could use some grip.

We loved the location! The condo had all the basics and very clean! The pool wasn’t available which was a downside. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We loved the quiet laid back neighborhood. It was a short walk to dining and shopping. Great location. It was a quick drive to Seaside or down to Rosemary Beach. I would recommend this place.

Great location and beautiful view. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful restaurants near by. Elevator was being worked on and exterior of the building could use updating.

Great location

Awesome location. The patio was great to overlook the ocean. This unit could use some basic amenities that many other VRBO units provide such as first aid kit, salt and pepper, baking spray, coffee etc. This unit does not include beach chair set ups but it is a close walk to the beach and easy to set up your spot. Overall I would recommend this unit for short 3-5 day stay.

Great Beach Condo

This beautiful condo was extremely clean and comfortable. There was a great view of the beach from the balcony, and there was easy and quick access to the beach. All appliances worked well. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a beach vacation.
