Este condominio actualizado en el tercer piso es la elección perfecta si está buscando un excelente lugar para llevar a su familia y amigos y hermosas vistas del Golfo. En el primer piso encontrará una habitación king y baño, lavandería, cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito, sala de estar y balcón privado. El loft del segundo piso cuenta con un baño, una cama king cerca de la litera doble y una cama individual.

Ubicados directamente en el hermoso Golfo de México, los condominios de Eastern Shores tienen vistas inigualables de las arenas blancas azucaradas y las aguas azules. La pesca de cangrejos y la pesca son una gran diversión familiar en el cercano Eastern Lake. Pasee por nuestra playa de arena blanca o disfrute nadando en las cálidas aguas cristalinas del golfo.

Nice Property in Perfect Location

The views from this condo can’t be beat, and its location is convenient to lots of great activities and restaurants. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and entertaining. We felt it could have been a little cleaner, but overall enjoyed our week here.

A gem on the Emerald Coast

This unit (ES211) is by far the nicest of the four units we have rented. Well equipped and maintained. Can't beat the view either.We would most definitely rent this unit again.We do wish the unit had regular cable TV versus a Roku-equipped device - we are old, don't have streaming subscriptions and do like linear programming.

The condo was not clean, sand on floor, grit on tables and counters. Seemed to have been a water problem at some point and carpets were full of mold. It rained while we were there and our assigned parking space was under 3-5 inch puddle half the week.

Loved the location but the unit was dirty.

Reviewer Comments: The beach view was great, the furniture was scuffed and dated, the handle in the microwave was broken, there was a clean towel under the sink with a used bar of soap and hair wrapped it, the bathroom sink faucets has tooth paste on it and our feet were black from walking around the unit. The unit sleeps 9 but we only had one parking space. Still trying to figure that one out.

Exceptional Customer Service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been renting from Garrett Realty (now Benchmark) since the 90s when we first starting coming down to 30A. I’ve continued to use them as I prefer the security of professional realty company over something like air bnb when I spending a significant amount of money that impacts other peoples travel plans. I booked a place on 30A to visit the first time in the winter (we normally always come in the summer) and there was a slight hiccup in the booking once we got there with unexpected construction. It was such a relief to be able to get in contact with the company after hours who were able to quickly come up with a work around that still allowed us direct beach access. That is the kind of customer service that reinforces why we have used them so many years.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in desperate need of attention. The carpeting on the stairs (which probably aren’t up to code) and upstairs bedroom is filthy and should immediately be removed and replaced with a more appropriate noncarpeted flooring. There are ceiling issues wherever a vent is located. It’s black around them. Drywall issue in family room on beachfront side. The furniture is old and dirty with dirty pillows, the dining table was extremely wobbly (which we tightened screws just for safety) and missing bolts. Because of all the problems mentioned we were extremely uncomfortable during our stay. Cannot recommend this property to anyone. The cleanliness is not a housekeeping issue it’s the total condition of the property.

During the busy season, it is very hard to provide each and every unit with the TLC they need, but we have set aside time during this off season to give each of our units the TLC they deserve! 2022 beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was very nice. Overall layout of condo was nice; however, the master bedroom was filthy. The ceiling fan had dust over an inch thick, the lamps on the nightstands were covered in dust and the extra blankets were wadded up in the floor of the closet that doesn’t even open correctly. The sleeper sofa had used linens and blankets on it and was stored away. The upstairs bunk beds didn’t have linens. Overall, the place was not clean or well-prepared for our stay. The place could be awesome, but was a huge letdown.
