This beautiful country house in a peaceful location is situated near the small village of S'Horta, in the southeast of the island. The 18-hole Vall d'Or golf course is 3 km away, and the lively tourist resort of Cala D'Or is just 6 km away. Here you'll find seven coves, shopping streets, restaurants, and music pubs. Not to be forgotten is the sophisticated marina, which also boasts upscale restaurants. The nearby village of S'Horta offers a small supermarket, a bakery, and a handful of bars and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beaches of the east coast are 6 km away.

Aguilas is an impressive country house. The entrance hall with a guest toilet leads into an elegant and inviting living room with leather sofas and a dining area. From here, you can access the very spacious covered terrace overlooking the magnificent pool, the sun terraces, and the beautiful landscape surrounding the property. The elegant dining area leads to the more simply furnished breakfast room with a large table seating 10. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped country-style kitchen with a utility room containing a washing machine. There is also a guest toilet. The ground floor also houses two bedrooms. One has two single beds, while the other is the master bedroom with a double bed, elegantly furnished and very spacious, featuring a private terrace and a wonderful en-suite bathroom with marble countertops, a corner Jacuzzi bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms: two with two single beds each and an en-suite bathroom; and another lovely double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have satellite TV.

Outside, a wonderful covered terrace awaits you, where all the summer life unfolds. From here, a few steps lead down to the equally breathtaking pool area. At 15 meters deep, nothing stands in the way of swimming fun; a statue, partially submerged, lends the pool an elegant ambiance. A lovely paddling area makes children's dreams come true. Spacious sun terraces surround the pool, ideal for sunbathing or reading. Of course, a barbecue area is also available, offering ample seating and endless possibilities for ending each day with a gourmet meal.
