The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this updated, nautical flair vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, upgraded cabinets and light fixtures, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, VCR, and a CD stereo system. The bedroom includes a TV and DVD player.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Great location and view

We were pleased with the condo. It was very clean and furnishings were comfortable . We enjoyed the deck and of course the view. The elevators and walkway to the beach were easy access. Also enjoyed the location to bars and restaurants and all the neat little places. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Lovely location, Vacasa definitely is great with customer service! Our only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was a lovely stay!

Relaxing...

Our first time staying at Island Echoes but love the Okaloosa Island area. Condo 5P was beautifully decorated and perfect for a couple. The only thing missing was a washer/ dryer in the unit. Didn’t think to ask and didn’t affect our trip. Property has a nice Laundry on sight. Will be on my list in the future.

Beautiful beachfront property with a great balcony for dolphin viewing, sunrise & sunsets and privacy. The unit was very clean and updated. The listing is inaccurate though when it states free beach set up. While it can be free that is on first come first serve basis unless you pay an additional 15 per day to reserve a set. Otherwise be prepared to get down to the beach early & run for the few available open chairs that haven’t been reserved with the fee. When I contacted management they said VRBO is a 3rd party that doesn’t have the full correct information about chair rental policies. Vacasa site does state first come first serve but I didn’t book through them. Disappointing that those words can’t be added to VRBO. Lesson learned to message host for future stays about “free” items.

Great view but condo needed some TLC

Great view from balcony, but condo needed some updating. Bed (frame and mattress) was terrible. Condo looked clean on the surface, but floors needed to be mopped desperately. The location and proximity to beach are the best parts of this condo.

February week on the beach

Wonderful condo, beautiful view from the balcony (5th floor) to watch dolphins and pelicans pass by. Clean with most of the comforts. There are no extra blankets so bring some if visiting in the winter months. Had trouble getting in the first day, the door combination did not work so needed to call the help line and ultimately get someone to come to the condo and find a combination that would work. The staff was helpful and friendly. Wonderful kitchen, prepared fresh fish every evening (from Stewby's just down the road). Downstairs laundry facilities were great to have available and the pool looked nice but the air temperature was not warm enough to swim. We would stay at this condo again.

Property Okoloosa Island

Furniture very uncomfortable!! Couch looked 40-50 yrs old, hide a bed broken, the one queen bed was very uncomfortable, mold in bathroom very old stained tub, cracked tea pitcher and was brought one on our next to last day stay and it was a canister storage instead of for liquid for tea. No extra blankets. No tv guide. Could not even get into our room with the code they gave us tried another they gave us still could not then finally the manager gave us her code and we got in. Took us about an hour to finally get in our uncomfortable condo that needs some many updates and replacements!!! 😡😥Only good thing we had an ocean view.
