The Space:

This condo is located beachfront on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. It is located on the sixth floor with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Soft beachy colors enhance the feeling of comfort within. The kitchen has bright white cabinets, granite counters and new stainless appliances including microwave, stove, and refrigerator.. A peninsula has been added with four bar stools for seating. All dishes, pots, and utensils you need to prepare and serve meals are provided. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination, sink, and vanity.

Peaceful spot

We had a wonderful stay for a quick trip to the beach! My only complaint is that I wish we would have stayed longer! Perfect location and weather. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We look to return in the future!

Home away from home

We’ve had a wonderful time. After a day of fun and adventure it was good to come “home” to a safe and comfortable place. We had everything we needed and a view to die for. The beach wasn’t crowded and beautiful.

Beach trip

Nice little condo with amazing view. Loved hearing the ocean all night. They also provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that a beach attendant sets out every morning. That was awesome.

Had such a gorgeous view. We slept with sliding doors open and listened to the waves rolling in. Only thing we didn’t like was parking wasn’t the best because they were redoing the parking garage but that’s okay. It was such a great view and had chairs with an umbrella included

Inaccurate description

Place had wet paint on balcony with huge blockades blocking the ocean view. Workers were out there which means we had no privacy. We weren’t aware we’d spend this much money to stay in a beachfront condo with a blocked view and unable to use the outdoor area. Overall was just happy we only stayed one night.

Mediocre at best

We didn't receive the room we paid for and didn't know it until we arrived. The first room we were in was filthy and outdated. The front desk staff did their best to correct our problem but we still did not receive what we paid for and will never be back.

No towels

Place was decent. Smelled weird at first but I think that was cleaning supplies used. There was an old dead moth on ceiling that looked like it had been there a while. Box spring was stained & underneath bed & couch needed cleaned. There were also some mildew spots on pull out bed. My biggest problem was lack of towels given. There were only 6 gave for a family of 4 for whole vacation. When I ask. They said that was plenty & would not give more. I would’ve much rather stayed in a hotel.
