The Space:

Spend time with family and friends in this gorgeous beachfront home. This home has a well-equipped kitchen that makes preparing meals easy. Dine on the large dining table or grab a cup of coffee and sit on the private balcony. Perfect for a family or friends to make the best beach vacation memories.



In addition to being located right on the beach, visitors of all ages are sure to have a fantastic time at Shipwreck Island Waterpark located right across the street. Visit a number of other local attractions including the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf.



THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 19 (PH) Penthouse above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1



Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles

Great Stay

The view was amazing. The rooms were very clean and neat. We had a wonderful time. The only issue was there was only one working elevator when we were leaving. The wait time for an elevator was 20 - 30 minutes.

Amazing Stay!

I’ve always enjoyed staying at Sterling Reef, & this time was no exception. The room was perfect & the memory foam mattresses were HEAVENLY! The furniture overall didn’t look worn & everything was arranged perfectly. A bigger TV would’ve been nice, but those are expensive. Overall, the room as amazing for my 2 night stay there, & I would definitely recommend this location in the future!

Check in was easy, property clean. Easy access to the beach. The pool was beautiful. The blankets had a smell to it that was gone after we put it in the dryer. The pillows were old and didn’t look clean. I would bring my own pillows and blankets next time. In general we had a comfortable and good time.

September get away

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had comfortable beds and we rested well. We had to buy a decent frying pan to donate to the kitchen needs. My husband and Father had to buy a tool to pull out years worth of hair from the shower drains so we’re not standing in ankle high water. Drains are draining like a dream now. Overall we had a great week and help where we could to make it better

Even when we lost power, the manager called us and made sure we were ok. He even called us to follow up !!

More Than Expected!

More attention to little details than I ‘got’ from the pictures. We arrived later than we thought and it was nice to walk into a space that was sparkly clean, had little ‘welcome kits’ of essentials in every room and felt well taken care of. When I go back, I will definitely look for availability here first.

Exactly as advertised!

Solid, clean property that was accurately described in photos and reviews. Elevators are slow.... but that is beyond the control of the owners of the unit. King size bed in master has a 3" memory foam topper so bed is super soft- that can be a good or a bad thing depending on how one likes their mattress, but just FYI.

Nice beach front alternative

The property is on a quieter stretch of beach which we appreciated, although the beach chairs available to rent at that spot are rickety and uncomfortable, and the attendant was pretty rude. The property itself was clean and comfortable, except for the floors which could use a good mopping. They provide supplies no matter the duration of stay, so we needed to supplement the trash can liners and TP. They should provide the appropriate amount, not the same amount regardless of whether the stay is one day or 10 days.

Great views, would book again!

The condo overall was absolutely gorgeous, had amazing views, and the property grounds, beach entrance, and pools were great! The condo had everything we needed. The only downsides, are the direct tv buffered a lot, but we only used it at night for bed, so not even an issue, but the elevators and parking garage were beyond frustrating. If you have a bigger vehicle(suv or truck) forget having room to park without taking multiple spots or getting your car doors bashed by the cars next to you. And the elevators, sometimes if you are lucky you get quickly, others not so much. Our last day it took almost 20 minutes to get an elevator down. And almost 30 minutes to get one back up. If it wasn’t 19 floors I would have just taken the stairs at that point. All in all though, I would absolutely book again. It was a great location and very nice!

Great location, secure parking, but...

This condo was perfect for us. There are only 2 elevators, and 19 floors, so they can be REALLY slow - we waited over 10 minutes for an elevator to get to us when we first arrived, and it was too full for us to get on. Other times, it wasn't so bad - just at peak times. The condo itself - as soon as we walked in, it smelled STRONGLY like ramen noodles, but I'd imagine that was the family that stayed before us. I'm sure that's been cleaned by now. We did find a bug carcass and some hair in the drawer with the silverware, and there was sand in the closet and at random spots on the floor throughout the condo (we're at the beach, that's kinda to be expected). The balcony was INCREDIBLE and the setup was awesome! There's not a pantry, so our boxed groceries stayed on the dining table and the kitchen island, but that wasn't too much of a hindrance. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience, and the view from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom was well worth it.
