The Space:

This 12th-floor condo at Tidewater Beach Resort sits directly on the white sands of Panama City Beach, with great views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Open and inviting, this vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a pub-height table for four for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a sunlit living area with a cable TV. High-speed WiFi adds convenience during your stay (speed is dependent on occupancy). Spend your days lounging at the resortā€™s private beach, swimming in the multiple shared pools, soaking in the hot tubs, and enjoying a theater, game room, and 4,300-square-foot fitness center with a steam room and sauna - all without leaving your resort!

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

The condo was beautiful. The beach was extremely clean, and the water was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue, and they are currently working on it, was the number of working elevators available.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn't have chosen a better place! Absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect and the condo was clean and comfortable. We can't wait to come back, we will definitely stay here again!

Great apartment and view

We really love the apartment the decoration and view. It was really relaxing and we would love to come back again.The only problem we suffer was the time it takes to get in the elevator and that still doesn’t work the icemaker, it then everything great.

We enjoyed our stay! All the employees were super friendly and nice. The condo was as described, nicely decorated with everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a rainy weekend so the views from the balcony were perfect! Will definitely be back!

Staff was friendly. Condo was great! The overall Tidewater Beach Resort could use a powerwashing and cleaning. The elevator wait times were long. The condo itself was gorgeous and pristine.

We went for a spate of the moment anniversary weekend to get away. We live in the Navarre area and wanted a quick get away. The issues with the elevator made us decide to never give the condos another stay. I can not imagine what summer would be like but if you attempt to take the elevator to go out to eat or come from the pool or beach. We are talking even longer than 20 minutes. We walked 10 flights after waiting 30 mins. Place was clean no issues there but the bar stool had a broken piece when we pulled the chair out it fell on floor. The faucet in the onsuite had a broken one that was ready to fall off.

We had a wonderful time for our 6 day stay.

The wooden chairs and barstools were awful and left scraps and injuries. They should have been cushions. Otherwise amazing view and sounds. Thank you

It was okay

The view was beautiful and easy to access, but there was so much construction not the full time we stayed but 3 out of 5 days there was construction. Also the bathroom sinks were dirty and the water barely drained because of hair in the drain. The floor was clean but the carpets were dirty. Overall the stay was okay my family and I enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean and accurate listing! Everything was provided and everything was functional. Sheets were clean and plenty of towels. New washer/dryer combo. Very nice. Only issue was the elevators. Wait time for elevators was 30 plus min per use.

Great Stay except for Check In

This was a beautiful condo with a wonderful view. The only thing we did not enjoy was the check in. We arrived past midnight and no one could tell us how to get to our room. We had been told numerous times they would text us with a code for our room and did not. But we truly enjoyed our time there. It was gorgeous and the beds were so comfy cozy!! We want to come to this exact condo again next year.
