Amazing views and awesome staff!

Everything was great! The staff was very professional and friendly. The views were amazing from the room. The location of the property was close enough to everything that we needed. We understand the challenge of hardwood floors and moisture, but wish we could have left the balcony doors open to enjoy the breeze from the ocean into our room. Outside of that, everything else was outstanding!

the room was very clean! most beds in bedrooms are broken king size has pieces of wood holding it up queen bed makes noise with every move. door code has to be reset many times. toilet broken in master for first 24 hours of stay. had to call multiple times to get toilet fixed

I feel like the place could have been cleaner our shower head leaked onto the floor so we had to use another bath ceiling fans were dirty no instructions on how to run the TVs the balcony door after a couple days wouldn’t slide very well

Great condo horrible resort

The condo itself was great but the resort was no good. One pool was down for 2 days and the other was broken and beach had double red flags so we all had to squeeze in at one pool and we couldn’t play music. They wanted us to sit in silence even though everyone at the pool wanted to listen to music. The elevators are very slow and one was broken. The tidewater staff is rude but Vacasa staff was nice. We won’t stay at tidewater again.

Overall a good stay!

They let me know at check in that the toilet was broken in 1 of the bathrooms and that someone would be up to fix it the next day. No one ever came. They asked us not to use it until it got fixed. That was an inconvenience. No pot holders in the condo. Also, the dryer took forever to dry a load of towels! Elevators were super slow too.

We loved the location of the property. The property advertise accommodations up to 10 people, well that's somewhat true. It's 10 people if half the family included kids. Bunk beds not got for adults. Guest bedroom bed I guess was a full size, but extremely small. The 29th floor was not fun seeing that the elevators operated extremely slow. The owners could have left a few refills for the trash can and paper towels. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. Overall it was a decent stay. Thankful our party ended up being 4 total (instead of 7), which actually worked out better. It rained our entire stay, but we made the best of it.

Never Again

My son and daughter 8 & 10 got cut & scraped by screws sticking out of bunk beds. My mother in law got a pretty deep cut from the edge of the uneven glass on top of the table. She bent to pick something up while sitting at table and scraped on the edge. It took blood and left a pretty bad mark. No cutting board or pizza cutter. We donated a pizza cutter. Entire condo needed a good sweep and perhaps a steam mop. If we walked barefoot our feet were black in minutes. Beds were very uncomfortable and squeaking in 2nd room. Upstairs and downstairs neighbors were smoking on balcony and dropped ash that flew on to my 1 year old. The elevators as stated on reviews had their issues but they were not even any where on my list because the condo was so terrible. For the price we paid it was not worth it.

Nice location, but with issues.

One of the dinning room chairs was missing a leg. Several lights throughout didn't work. Seems like the person responsible for maintaining the place was very absent. But that was consistent with the whole building. Either the building manager is horrible at their job or the owner isn't spending the money needed to keep the facility up to par. Seriously... one of the most poorly maintained hotels/condos I've ever been to. Somebody has seriously dropped the ball on building maintenance and upgrading doors and elevators. Not sure if the owners are just withholding funds to do any upgrades or if facility manager is incompetent. The issue definitely falls somewhere between.The elevators need to be upgraded desperately. They don't appear to be maintained and they certainly do not function in a way the building and guest need them to. Elevator wait times can be as long as 30 minutes. It took over an hour to get bags from car to room and return luggage cart and get back to room. Everyone was complaining about it and it's an everyday issue; not an isolated incident.

A lot of work

Elevators are horrible. Condo had broken lamps, microwave didn’t work. Not enough mirrors to get ready. No patio table for outside dining. Grilling area by the dumpsters. Parking and walkover was a pain when moving suitcases in or getting groceries. Never a Wyndham stay again. Thought it would be much more upscale
