On the street level, there is a spacious open-plan living/dining room with access to a covered terrace overlooking the sunken pool area – this terrace also features a vertical awning. The modern and large kitchen is equipped with another dining table. A utility room and guest WC are also located on this level. The master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, as well as two twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom, are also located on this level. Upstairs, there is a very spacious twin bedroom with an open-plan bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has its own terrace with a lovely relaxation area and a partial view of the small sandy cove of Cala D'Or.
