Downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants, eateries, shops, markets, and other conveniences just a few minutes away. The Park at OWA is 11 miles up north, yet it's totally worth the trip. This amusement park offers 520-acres filled with entertainment and thrilling rides such as the Air Racer, Crazy Mouse, Freedom Flyer, and more! For a fun day with the family, Waterville USA is one and a half miles away. Things to know:

The Seawind Elevator Modernization Project will take place from Fall 2025 and end by Spring 2026. Both the tower and club building elevators will be under construction during this time period. The tower building (where your unit is located) will have one elevator operating at a time while the other is under construction. The club building elevator will be closed while under construction, so the gym will only be accessible through the stairs during that time. Construction workers and equipment will be on site, and construction noise is to be expected during working hours.
