The Space:

Situated on nearly two acres of property with 200 feet of Gulf frontage, Sea Glass is a contemporary new condominium development in Gulf Shores with a low-density, low-rise, quaint village-like atmosphere. Amenities include a zero-entry, oasis-style pool with a splash pad, a hot tub, and a grilling area. This one-bedroom condo has an open, spacious feel thanks to its nine-foot-tall ceilings. The modern kitchen and baths are outfitted with granite countertops and Shaker-style cabinetry. Vacationers will also enjoy stainless steel kitchen appliances as well as full-sized washers and dryers. The media room has a door as well for more privacy.

We loved being so close to the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans and dolphins.

Nice small family stay

Very nice place on the beach. Parking was in the shade under the building. Easy beach access and close walk to the water.

Great Location and View!

Awesome family stay!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Sea Glass! The location was fantastic, and it didn’t feel noisy or crowded. We loved the proximity to the beach and it was easy to drive to other locations. The space was perfect! It was a perfect place for our family!

Great Vacation Rental!

Overall, this property was great! There were amazing views of the ocean. The furniture, inside and on the balcony, was comfy! The beach access was very convenient as well! Just a few things to share that may help future guest: bring an extra blanket if you get cold, there are no blinds or curtains for the large beach front windows, and the shower is a little small.

Beautiful home!

This place was perfect for our family! The pool was beautiful and rarely crowded. The beach access was unmatched. We typically stay in single-family homes, but chose to go a different route this year! This was the perfect blend of a home on the beach with the amenities of a large complex. The property manager, Becky was so quick to respond to any questions that we had during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Pretty good property

I liked this condo a lot! My husband and I enjoyed the view of the ocean and had a very comfortable stay. Would have been a 5 star but the fire alarm went off 3x due to pipes busting in cold weather. If you are staying during warm months, it will probably be fine!

Long overdue vacation

Condo was very clean and all was as indicated. We enjoyed out stay, thanks! Small issue mid week that the prop manager handled promptly to our satisfaction. One suggestion would be that the construction should start a bit later in the morning.

A memorable vacation

The team made everything easy for me. They stayed in constant communication, and even helped me book an extra night at the last minute. Everything was clean and bright. It definitely made some friends and family jealous. Also, I didn’t need to grab very much for a week stay, because most everything I needed was supplied.

Mostly great!

We really enjoyed the clean, spacious condo. The only complaint we had is the family who stayed above us had no respect that there were people occupying below and jumped, bounce balls, ran all around at hours 1am-9am and we could hear it all waking us up constantly. That is not a fault of the condo or the property management. Just disrespectful people unfortunately. We really enjoyed our vacation!

Super cute!

We loved it. We will book it again next year! The location is hard to beat. Note for the owner: Your cleaning company needs to attend to the vents. It baffles me how people use metal in non stick skillets, but yours are toast. The fans in the closet were great, maybe add a hair dryer?

Location

Location was great, but to charge full price for a condo that is still being built is not right. When you say construction you need to be more specific. The entire building was still under construction.

Best Condo Ever

We've rented many condo's in the Gulf Shores area, but this was without a doubt the best one ever! The pictures and description are up to date and recent not from a few years ago. The distant to the beach is perfect, I am hoping to bring my 91 year old Mother because she can walk to the waters edge here. I honest can't think of any negatives on this rental. There was nothing better than drinking my coffee on the balcony early in the morning watching the sunrise! Rent it I promise you won't be disappointed.

Our Gulf Shore Visit!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was just what we needed. A little construction going on outside. It did not bother us too much. We use a white noise at night to sleep - so it was all good. Couple suggestions, add a hair dryer and a full length mirror to to this Condo for the ladies! Thanks so much! The location was great! Received suggestions from Shop owners on some fantastic restaurants. Also got a great deal on a pair of "Costa" Sun glasses. from Sun-Rays Optical -3800 Gulf Shores Pkwy! Thanks Shannon!!!

Our family vacation!

We walked in the floors looked like they have never been cleaned! Huge water bugs or cockroaches in our room! They were supposed to come spray never did… elevator was broken the whole time so we had to climb stairs with two toddler’s and all our stuff! I had to go buy a stick vacuum because I couldn’t stand the dirt on my feet! We paid way to much money to stay their a week without being cleaned good!

PROS *LOCATION is spot on with a gorgeous views and acustics. Incredible View with a beautiful beach. *Decor was beautiful! *Parking was easily accessible. CONS *We could hear everything the people above us did. *The abhorrent toxic air freshener smell in the elevator made the stairs a necessity. *The hallway floor is very uneven and has sinking spots and gaps. *The building in general is very “slapped together” and the quality is lacking. *The management company texts in regards to ?’s are very prompt but could use some less harsh wording. WISH That the sliding glass pushed half way open.

This condo is in a nice location and is fairly new. It is nicely decorated and has a great beach and ocean view. The condo was clean except there was food splattered all over the inside of the microwave and the coffee pot was also dirty. The walls are so thin that you can hear every foot step above, and can hear people in the rooms on either side. There were high school kids making a racket at the pool until 3am. Also, the listing didn't mention the construction going on around the pool, which made it completely off limits during the day. The construction was so loud that it shook the entire condo complex. This is a nice place to stay if you don't require a good nights sleep.

Stay Away until 2023ish when construction is complete.

You will be abruptly awakes in the morning at 6am by construction workers 5 feet from your bedroom window using jack hammers. The coffee pot takes an hour to make 1/3 a pot of coffee, but the ultimate kicker is if you leave something. They will charge you $25 up front just to go look for the item. Then you have to pay whatever to receive it. Your better off going somewhere else until construction is complete..,,,,
