Sunset Cove is a secluded lakefront escape on beautiful Norris Lake — designed for large groups who want to be on the water and never run out of things to do. With room for up to 20 guests, a private dock, and a full game room, this is the kind of place your group will talk about long after the trip ends.
On the water:
Step out to your private dock and you're right on the lake. Kayaks and life vests are included for guests, so you can explore the cove at your own pace. Whether you're spending the day boating, fishing, or just floating, coming home to your own dock at the end of the day makes all the difference.
The game room:
When you're not on the water, you'll be in here. Sunset Cove has a full-size pool table, shuffleboard, four arcade games, and an air hockey table — all under one roof. It's the reason groups keep coming back.
The space:
Main Level
The heart of the home. An open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and island seating flows out to the deck, where the lake views will stop you in your tracks. The primary bedroom on this level features a California King bed and direct access to the full bathroom. Just off the primary is a versatile bunk room with full-over-full bunks — perfect for kids, extra guests, or as the large closet and laundry area it doubles as. Upstairs from the main living area, the loft is accessed by a staircase and sleeps six across three double beds on raised platforms, with the air hockey table tucked in for after-dark entertainment.
The Lower Level
Head downstairs and you'll find the heart of the fun. The lower level has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a dedicated game room and TV lounge — all in one sprawling space that's perfect for the kids to spread out or for the group to gather after a day on the lake.
The game room is stocked with a pool table, shuffleboard, four arcade games, with plenty of seating around the TV area to settle in for a movie or the game. It's the kind of space that keeps the whole group together without anyone feeling like they're on top of each other.
Both bedrooms on this level offer private sleeping space away from the main floor, making it ideal for families with kids or guests who want their own corner of the house.


Outside:
A fire pit, outdoor seating, and that classic Norris Lake sunset from your own private cove. The location is secluded enough to feel like you've escaped, but close enough to Norris Lake's 20+ marinas, restaurants, and the famous Jumping Bridge to make the most of the area.
