Nestled in Cedar Hollow Cove at the 3.5-mile marker of the Gravois Arm on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, this lakefront retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. By land, it’s located near Coffman Beach Public Access for easy access to local amenities.

Guests have full access to the entire home and private dock. There is driveway parking for 2–4 vehicles (depending on size) and upper-level parking for 2–3 vehicles. Please note: garage access is not available.

Enjoy abundant natural light and expansive lake views from the open living spaces. Multiple outdoor seating areas invite you to relax and take in stunning sunsets, while the custom-built outdoor kitchen with a Blackstone and pellet grill makes outdoor dining a highlight of your stay.

For boating and fishing enthusiasts, the property includes a two-slip floating dock (11x26 and 10x26) with a dual PWC lift. The Coffman Beach Public Access ramp is just 3 minutes away (1.2 miles) for easy boat or jet ski launching.

Access is simple with paved blacktop roads and a flat driveway. Please be mindful of the shared drive space with neighbors. Limit 4 vehicles (depending on size) on the main driveway; additional vehicles may park at the top of the hill on a first-come, first-served basis.

Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum is required.
