Escape to our modern 2-story beach house, just a 5-minute walk to the sand! This stylish retreat comfortably fits 8 guests, perfect for families and groups. Enjoy ocean breezes from the sundeck, a private backyard with a BBQ, and a dedicated workspace. With a separate studio downstairs, it offers the ultimate flexible coastal getaway in a prime beach location.
The space
Step inside your bright and airy two-story sanctuary, designed for comfort and connection with modern updates and clean decor throughout. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure your comfort in any season.
Main Level:
• Open-plan living room with comfortable modern sofas, and a 55-inch HDTV with streaming services.
• Fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
• Adjacent dining area for group meals.
• Bedroom 1: Plush Queen Bed
• Bedroom 2: Plush Full Bed
• Living Room: Queen sofa bed for additional guests.
• Dedicated workspace for remote work or study.
Downstairs Studio (with private entrance):
• Flexible living space with a comfortable pull-out queen sofa bed.
• Full updated bathroom.
• Convenient kitchenette for snacks and light meals.
Outdoor Living:
• Upper Deck: Soak up the sun on the stylish outdoor sectional, sun loungers, or enjoy alfresco meals at the dining area.
• Private Backyard: A large, private space featuring a BBQ grill for evening cookouts.
Guest access
Guests will have complete and private access to the entire two-story home, including all indoor and outdoor areas. Your access includes:
• Entire Property: Full use of the main house, downstairs studio, upper deck, and private backyard.
• Private Entrances: Separate entries for each floor provide a seamless and independent experience.
• Parking: Free on-site and street parking is included for your vehicles.
• Keyless Entry: Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with a secure keyless entry system.

We are excited to welcome you to our beach house! To ensure a smooth check-in, you will receive detailed instructions, including the keyless entry code, 24 hours prior to your arrival. We've stocked the home with premium essentials to get you started. If you have any special requests or questions before your stay, please don't hesitate to ask.
Notes:
There are stairs in both the front and back of the beach house.
There is one security camera outside pointed at the upper entrance only.
