The space
This spacious multi-level mountain home was designed for families and groups to truly relax together while still having plenty of room to spread out.

On the main level, hardwood floors and exposed wood beams throughout give the home classic Colorado charm. The comfortable living room features an electric fireplace, smart TV, and a collection of games - perfect for relaxing together at the end of the day. Just beyond, the large dining room makes it easy to gather for meals or game nights, and sliding doors off the dining room lead out to the deck and grill for outdoor dining. The nearby kitchen is fully stocked for group meals and easy entertaining, with plenty of space to cook.

You’ll find the beautiful primary bedroom right on the main floor with a king bed and en-suite bathroom - offering convenience and privacy all on one level.

A convenient half bath and a large washer and dryer are also located on the main level for everyday needs.

Upstairs, you’ll find a loft-style second living area with a TV, three bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a tub - giving everyone plenty of space to spread out comfortably.

Downstairs includes a flexible sleeping trundle, a smart TV, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower - perfect for additional guests or anyone wanting a quieter retreat.

• You’re welcome to enjoy the trampoline during your stay - please use at your own risk and supervise children.

• Mountain location - winter driving conditions may require AWD/4WD during storms.

• Water levels in the creek can vary seasonally; children should always be supervised.

• Quiet hours are 9 PM–7 AM to respect our neighbors.

• No pets are permitted at the home. Violating this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and possible fines.

• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Violating this policy will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and may lead to additional charges if damage or lingering odors are found.

• No parties or events are permitted. Violating this policy will result in fines and immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

• The property is equipped with exterior security cameras and a doorbell camera for safety and peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the home.
