Island Links - 3BR/2BA - Great Pool Complex!

World renowned for its golf and tennis, Hilton Head also offers a variety of water sports, miles of bike paths, wonderful restaurants and great shopping.

Tucked away in Port Royal among miles of white sugar sand beaches, at Island Links Resort you can enjoy spacious, accommodations complete with Full Kitchens, Living Room, and Dining Room. Guests can access fitness and spa facilities, a large pool complex with 3 pools, or explore the miles of island wide bike and leisure trails.

THE SPACE

Spacious and fully equipped 3BR/2BA condo. Located in the Port Royal section of HHI, there are miles of bike and hiking paths connected to this property.

Large Living room with Queen Sleeper sofa, Dining Room with Table / chairs, and a large Fully equipped Kitchen with Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Full Sized Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Sit up Bar with stools, etc. Everything you need to prepare anything from full meals to light snacks.

King bed in Master Bedroom, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, and 2 Queen beds in 3rd bedroom. Balcony with table / chairs to enjoy your meals or morning coffee or beverages of choice in the evening. Washer / Dryer inside your unit.

Island Links offers 3 outdoor Pools and Hot Tub. You can also enjoy access to the Gym, Outdoor grills and outdoor dining area, and Activity Center.

Island Links provides easy access to the beach (1 mile) and provides a free shuttle.

BONUS Golf Option: Daily golf greens fees for up to 4 players at Shipyard and/or Port Royal golf courses. Available to Island Links Owners / Guests only. Please not that this does NOT include cart fees.

BONUS Tennis Option: One hour of tennis for 4 people each day at Port Royal Racquet Club

UNITS / PHOTOS

Please note that this listing includes multiple weeks available. The photos reflect the interiors of several different units you might be assigned, depending on which specific week you book. However, these units all have the same basic floorplan, with the general decor and layout reflected in the photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

GUEST ACCESS

Your unit is private, but since this is a Resort property, Amenities will be shared with other guests (Pools, Hot Tub, Spa / Sauna, Gym, etc)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Island Links is professionally managed and operated by Elite Resort Group (formerly known as Palmera Vacation Club). The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. Once you Check In and are onsite, they are the best resources to help you with any questions / issues / or problems.

- Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.

- There is one additional $53 weekly fee charged by Island Links for Amenities usage. This fee is just a single one-time weekly charge of only $53 and applies to Owners and / or their Guests (basically everybody). I just want to emphasize this fee is NOT paid to me, it is a charge you would pay directly at the Front Desk when you Check In/Check Out.

- You are guaranteed a 3BR/2BA (sleeps 10) unit with a balcony, but please note that photos are representations of the units provided, and the actual unit is assigned by the resort at Check-in.

- You are booking a FLOATING Unit Type. So your specific unit location (higher or lower floor, etc) and specific view from your unit will be determined / finalized at Check In. You may also call the Front Desk ahead of time and request a certain unit location. Although you can never be guaranteed a specific location the Front Desk will usually try to accommodate requests if they can.

- Two FREE parking passes are included with this unit. If you need an additional parking pass for an additional vehicle this would need to be arranged directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.

- Bedding linens, including blankets, sheets, and pillows are provided. However, if have you have any favorites blankets or pillows, or if you sleep better using a certain type of pillow, it would be good to bring your own.

- Bath and Hand towels are provided for you and will be inside your unit when you arrive.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed. If not possible to bring these items you can request them from the Front Desk.

- Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoos, etc are all provided. If you need more during your stay you can contact the Front Desk and they can provide them. We have never personally had an issue receiving the supplies we needed.

- Utensils, Dishes, and some basic Pots and Pans are provided. If something appears to be missing, you can contact the Front Desk and possibly get it dropped off (if they have it). However, if you plan on cooking a lot of meals inside your unit, or plan any special dishes, I do recommend bringing your favorite Large Frying pan (or Large Sauté Pan, Wok, Crockpot, etc, etc) for cooking. This way you will have something you are comfortable using and you will know exactly how things will cook in it. You may also want to bring your favorite Kitchen knife(s) for food prep.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, the Front Desk can provide a vacuum, or broom and dustpan, to use in your unit if you wanted it. Washers and Dryers are also available in your unit and are for your private use. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay, it can be scheduled directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.

- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. However, if you or your family owns and likes larger beach towels, I recommend bringing them.

- You should bring your own Beach Chairs / Beach Blankets / Umbrellas / Coolers / Equipment you want to use on the beach. If you don’t bring your own stuff, you are able to purchase or rent Beach chairs / Umbrellas on Hilton Head Island.

- If you or any members of your family enjoy bike riding, I strongly recommend taking your own bikes (if you have the means to do so). However, you can also rent bikes relatively inexpensively on HHI. HHI has an extensive network of bike paths running the entire island, so it is a great destination if you enjoy bike riding as a couple or family.

- Pets are not permitted anywhere on or in the Resort property.

- You will see wildlife native to South Carolina, including occasional glimpses of alligators that may be lounging in the lagoon areas. So please DO NOT enter or attempt to swim in any of the lagoons or ponds you see on the property, or anywhere else on HHI for that matter.
