¡Esta villa bellamente redecorada y renovada en Palmetto Dunes recientemente recibió todos los colchones nuevos a principios de 2017 más una renovación de la cocina (que incluye una nueva lavadora / secadora y refrigerador de acero inoxidable) en 2016! Está a pasos del océano y viene con todas las comodidades que necesitará durante su estadía, ¡incluido un SISTEMA DE ENTRADA SIN LLAVE!

Ubicada en el quinto piso del Edificio 2, esta villa con vista al mar cuenta con una sala de estar con sofá cama doble y sofá de dos plazas, TV SMART de 32 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD, Internet inalámbrico en toda la unidad y llamadas de larga distancia GRATUITAS dentro de los Estados Unidos continentales. . Hay un control deslizante para el balcón que también se comparte con el dormitorio principal. Afuera hay un nuevo patio de altura de mostrador (2019) con 2 sillas y una mesa.

El comedor está fuera de la cocina y tiene capacidad para seis. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos, gabinetes y encimeras actualizados, y asientos con barra para dos. ¡Hay una nueva lavadora / secadora y refrigerador de tamaño completo instalados en enero de 2016!

Ambas habitaciones tienen colchones nuevos en enero de 2017. El maestro tiene puertas dobles fuera de la sala de estar, una cama king y un televisor de 36 ". Hay un baño privado con bañera de jardín y ducha separada, y hay un control deslizante para el balcón. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos reinas, un televisor de 32 "y reproductor de DVD, y un escritorio. Por favor, deje las motocicletas en casa ya que no están permitidas en Palmetto Dunes.

Disfrute del servicio de transporte GRATUITO DE PALMETTO DUNES BUGGY (de marzo a octubre) a Shelter Cove, supermercados y restaurantes, y otros lugares dentro de Palmetto Dunes. Solo llama para que te recojan.

This property was a dream!!! It was our first time staying in Hilton Head and this property, beautifully situated in Palmetto Dunes was perfect for our family. Ellen, the owner, was so lovely and responsive - she literally answered any and all questions with little delay. The condo was clean, accurately pictured and had so much more. I honestly can say that if we return - we will come back to this place. The pool and beach were just steps away! We bought some groceries and also got some great pool / beach items at the local Kroger. Would definitely recommend checking at the building as they do have a lending area that you can find some things to use for the beach should you forget. We took surfing lessons through Hilton Head Outfitters and it was so easy and seamless! Totally one of my favorite vacations - thank you again Ellen!

Wonderful stay!!

We booked this condo after our initial one fell through and we couldn’t have been happier!! From the beginning, Ellen was very responsive with any questions I had, always responded in less than an hour. After we put our deposit down, Ellen sent us a ton of information about the area we would be staying in, from where to rent bikes, to great places to eat, even had local urgent care and hospital addresses and phone numbers. The condo was beautifully decorated with a fun Oceanside theme and it was impeccably clean. Tons of amenities including power strips in both bedrooms, extra blankets and pillows, games, 2 coffee makers (1 Keurig and 1 auto drip), a fully stocked kitchen (non food items) There was even a full bin of ice in the freezer when we arrived. Plus the condo was in a great location right next to the elevator. We also had a great partial view of the ocean. We all agreed that we definitely want to stay in this condo the next time we visit Hilton Head! I’m a true believer that everything happens for a reason, so happy our first condo fell through! The whole process from booking this condo to the last day of our stay was effortless! Thank you Ellen for being such a great host!

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head! The condo was updated, clean and beautiful. It was well equipped with everything we needed for the week and the owner was responsive to our questions. Hopefully next time we are in HH we can return to this condo!

Wonderful condo in the best location

This is our second time staying in this same condo. It was wonderful the first time and even better this year with several new upgrades that took it to another level of comfortable. It's so nice to have two bedrooms with bathrooms attached to both. The washer/dryer is big and conveniently located in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have balconies. It's a short walk from the condo to both the pool and beach which we appreciated. And the beach at Hilton Head is just so fun- we saw starfish in tide pools our first night there and there are almost always sand dollars. My son and husband found the waves were biggest at high tide and would make a point to be in the water at those times. We rented bikes and enjoyed the many bike paths. We also discovered Shelter Cove this trip and all the great restaurants there did a sunset crabbing expedition out of Shelter Cove (through Captain Kidd) with our two teenagers and that was a neat experience. Our favorite restaurant remains Crazy Crab (at Jarvis Creek). All in all a spectacular condo in a wonderful location!

Beautiful condo

My family had an amazing time at the Villamare. The condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We all loved the large outdoor hot tub, big pool and easy beach access. Can't wait to come back!

Truly Amazing!

We recently had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at this place. Our host was extremely kind & responsive. From the moment we opened the door, my family & I were convinced that we had the BEST condo in the entire complex. It was immaculate, spacious & cozy with amazing views! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for the week. The beds were super comfortable & every room had such beautiful décor. The heated pools, hot tubs & ocean were very convenient to access. We all enjoyed our time & plan to return soon!

Spring Break 2025

Myself, my wife and my 2 teenage daughters stayed for 4 nights in April 2025. We had a great time. Wonderful apartment, comfortable beds and nice amenities. Beach access was what we enjoyed most, but the pool looked amazing. The Palmetto Dunes resort is beautiful and quiet with walking and biking paths. Walking down to the General Store to pick up breakfast is a tradition that my daughter and I enjoyed each day. Wonderful!

Hilton Head 2025

The condo was great! Perfect fit for us. The view was beautiful---the condo was supplied with everything we needed.The only very small thing is that the building must have been doing outside maintenance---and when we got there, the balconies, chairs and tables were covered with dust --- but we cleaned them ourselves and all was fantastic! Thank you for a very wonderful visit!

10 days in September

Overall we had a wonderful stay. A few glitches, water had a horrible smell, we had to run all faucets for 30 minutes to rid. Shower door in guest bath was off track, took some doing to fix. The property manager/owner was fantastic through the entire scheduling process as well as allowing us a few hour late checkout. Villamares new pool area is beautiful!

Comfortable Condo in a Beautiful Complex

This is a comfortable, clean, attractive unit. We appreciated having the large washer/dryer and dressers/closets for putting away clothes and luggage items. There was even a free standing coat rack that we could use. The living room has shades that are operated by pushing a button on the wall (a very cool feature). For past trips in other complexes we have used a pull-out couch for the kids but it was nice for them to have their own bedroom and beds this trip. Compared to many other units in Villamare the price for this 2-bedroom seemed quite reasonable. Ellen is wonderful to work with- she is accommodating and proactively reaches out to provide information on the unit and area. We enjoyed the complex (the pool is lovely and it's a short walk to the beach) and this unit so much that we have already booked for next year! :-)

A wonderful place in palmetto dunes

The property was better than described, we were able to get in earlier than 4 which was really a game changer. We enjoyed the villamare, the pool and fitness center were wonderful, we would not hesitate booking this property again.

Fabulous Stay

We have stayed at Villamare before & knew we wanted to be there again. We are so thankful to have gotten in this condo. There was plenty of room for us, a well equipped kitchen, & great views. Even though this unit isn’t in the building closest to the beach, it is such a short walk through beautifully manicured grounds. We had members of our party who have dealt with back surgery and knee surgery who greatly enjoyed the convenience!

Family Vacation

Villa was very clean and comfortable. We were offered an early check in, which we had never had before in the 20 years we’ve been coming to HHI, and it worked out great. The TVs were easy to use, access was right off of the elevator, and the manager was easily accessible and even notified us of the testing of fire alarms. The bedrooms are really good size. The master bath has a toilet and shower, the shower is good size but overall the bathroom is a little squished. But with the big room attached, it made up for it. There could be a little more of the basics for the kitchen. It seemed to be the minimum as far as cooking pans, cooking utensils, etc, but not a big deal. Also, there seemed to be early morning work at least 5 out of 7 of the days we were there-like 7 am. We realize they have to mow and get things done, but the jack hammer sound outside our door was a little much at 8am. It looked like they were resurfacing the cement? Not sure, but that’s not anything in control of the owners. We look forward to staying here again.

Paradise at Villamare

This unit was very spacious, clean and in a great location. Property description was exactly as presented. Instructions for staying on property were communicated clearly. Owner was very communicative ahead of arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. I look forward to staying in this unit again.

Perfect Spring Break

What an amazing property Ellen has. Palmetto Dunes is the perfect family area with so much to do (we tried pickleball for the first time and loved it!). The beach was just steps away from our condo with the heated pool being even closer. We also loved that everything was in walking or bike riding distance and took advantage. Ellen’s communication was amazing and her property had everything we could have wanted. If we had any questions at all, she was quick to respond. We’re already hoping to come back for another spring break!

Superb Stay at Villamare

We chose to stay at the Villarmare in February '24 since there is an indoor pool and fitness center. Traveling with grandkids (ages 8 and 11), that was a big plus. The unit worked out perfectly for 4 adults and 2 children. Although the Villamare complex is older, there are many revovations underway (new pool!) and the ground are kept nicely. It's close to the beach, pickleball, bike paths and the famous General Store. I can't say enough positive things about our host, Ellen, who kindly answered many questions before and during our stay. She was always available by text or phone. Thank you for a terrific two weeks. We hope to be back again!

Location is perfect! Unit is laid out great for two families to still have some privacy. Amenities at the resort are good and will be even better when pool renovations are completed. Ellen is an excellent host and very responsive! Will return to this unit

Nice spacious Villamare beach condo

The condo is very spacious and comfortable with all the needed amenities. The Villamare property is very clean and well kept. A short walk to the beach or the pool. Also walkable to many Palmetto Dunes hot spots. We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. Ellen, the owner, was very communicative and responsive to any of our questions. We provided some feedback on the cleaning crew but not an issue.
