Great house for family vacation! Really enjoyed the pool.Checking in & out were both super easy. Only problem was that we couldn’t get the oven to work, but decided that we didn’t really care.

The house was beautiful and exactly as described!It was an easy walk to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We road bikes to Caligney Beach for shopping, dining and ice cream. The Vacation Company was really wonderful to work with.

Great Stay Near Coligny Beach!

This was our 2nd time staying at the property and it was once again a fantastic trip! Communication with the property Management was easy always provided quick answers. Pool was great and used extensivley throughout the trip. Beach is a short walk or bike ride down the road. I would highly recommend the property for any travelers looking for a great time on Hilton Head Island!

Great Property!

This was our first stay. Location to the beach was great, just a short walk. The aesthetics of the property was very soothing. Home was clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Location and Property

My wife and I stayed here with my 2 young sons (3 and 1) and my in laws and had an absolutely amazing time. House was great and well taken care of and property management company customer service was 2nd to none for the few minor issues we had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent on Hilton Head Island!

Fantastic

We were very happy with our stay. The home was a perfect layout for our group of 10. Check in and out was very easy, the house was exactly as described and very clean. Highly recommend this location for beach access and biking to Coligny beach.

Covid19 retreat

We were supposed to go to Cancun but had to cancel due to covid19.We found this house and absolutely loved it ! It was totally a retreat .Would defiantly stay here again and highly recommend to anyone .Close to beach but yard is so amazing you may not want to leave

Weekend Stay!

Besides the gas leak and the air not working. We definitely enjoyed the house and our weekend. I didn’t like that the property manager never reached out to us regarding what we on during our stay, we didn’t have minor issues we had a gas leak and the air went out. Still haven’t heard from the company or the property manager but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home, Fantastic Location

Absolutely gorgeous home that is perfectly laid out for friends and family to gather. Updated and well stocked with utensils, kitchen supplies, and other necessary items to enjoy the property. The backyard is beautiful and we utilized the pool daily (if not twice daily). Clearly the home owners have thought of everything (including board games and some pool accessories) and want you to relax and rejuvenate when visiting. We used the laundry daily, which also worked perfectly. Located about one mile from Coligny, it was the perfect distance for a leisurely bike ride for a coffee or ice cream cone. We also took advantage of the close proximity to the beach, which worked perfectly for our little one. It truly was the perfect house for us. When renting this home, we also received credits for SERG takeout and LowCountry beach rentals. We ended up having three delicious homecooked meals and a surplus of beach gear to enjoy during our trip. It really was an unexpected perk that added a tremendous value. We would highly recommend this home to anyone and hope to be back next season.

Wonderful location, terrific home…

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at this home on Hilton Head. It was a one block walk from a long and beautiful beach, easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and the HHI airport. The home itself is comfortably decorated, extremely clean, easy for a number of people to feel close but everyone have their own place. Outdoors, the pool is good size and offers relief from the heat. Plenty of chairs to relax, while feeling very private. The grill and outdoor table/chairs make for a fun gathering area. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home, the property managers were attentive and available at all times…go have fun in Hilton Head!!

Amazing Property and Amazing Management

The house was large and accommodating to our large extended family. We ran into a couple hiccups with a couple things at the house, but the management team was extremely responsive and went above and beyond. The walk to the beach was close and there are a lot of amenities close by. Also the outside space was a big hit every night with the family.

Awesome HH property close to the beach.

Great house that is exactly as advertised! Plenty of space for 10 of us. House is updated and very clean. 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Pool was great…no complaints! Great place!

Beautiful house!

7 Sandpiper fit our vacation needs perfectly! The backyard is a wonderful area with a lot of privacy, beautiful pool, and plenty of space for everyone. The house could have used some dusting in some areas, but overall it was a great trip. We would stay here again!

Amazing stay!

This house is so beautiful. Decor is updated, stylish and comfortable. The outdoor area is so fun with pool and outdoor tv. Super close walk to the beach and quick bike ride to shops at Coligny Plaza. Would definitely stay again!

Golfing Vacation

The home was in excellent condition, kitchen well stocked with all the tools and dinner ware one could ever need. The pool area was a mess with acorns, had the weather been nicer and we wanted to use the patio or pool we wouldn’t have been able to. Suggest cleaning patio and pool more often.

Beautiful relaxing stay, would definitely return!

This home is absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures. It’s a very short walk to the beach. We stayed with friends and our 4 young children (ages 2-4). We brought our own child safety knobs due to the pool in the backyard, and the only improvement I would suggest would be adding extra bolts on the tops of the doors for people who stay there with younger children. We had a super fun time, and couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend it in!

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and our group of 10 adults had plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. The location was close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space!

The place totally exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and the layout was perfect. The outdoor patio was awesome and kids never wanted to leave the pool. Short walk to the beach or bike ride to coligny.

Great Week

We had a wonderful time. Short walk to the beach. Everyone loved the pool. There were plenty of TVs too. There was room to be together and lots of privacy too. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of room.

Great experience and house

Very easy to book and great communication with friendly staff. House was beautiful and outdoor space was big and great for family. There was some dog hair and I know it says no pets so I’m thinking a pet was there prior to our arrival.
