The Space:
Welcome to Casa Costera, a three-bedroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Copala, within Quivira Los Cabos. The home showcases Old World hacienda-style charm on the exterior and a refined, modern coastal interior. A neutral palette of soft whites, earth tones, and natural textures, such as warm wood and Mexican marble, delivers the relaxed, elegant ambiance for which Cabo is known.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a private luxury retreat atmosphere. The main level features an inviting living room, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen curated with high-end appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, air fryer, and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a water filtration system.
The bright and cozy living area opens seamlessly to the outdoor terrace, creating an ideal indoor–outdoor living experience. Outside, guests will discover a private backyard oasis complete with a pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, and a convenient half-bathroom located just steps from the pool, perfect for relaxing afternoons and evenings.
