The kitchen is stocked with appliances and utensils. Microwave, Air fryer/mini oven, ice maker in the fridge, and things you need like a coffee pot and tea kettle, can opener, etc. We cooked in the kitchen and on the outside BBQ our entire stay. Handicap friendly, but bring a shower chair. No grab bars or handrail in the pool, but easy to take a dip. The property itself is beautiful We love the artwork and decor, the furniture and the pool/hot tub everything.

If you want a quiet relaxing place to stay this is it!! Pool and the back yard was amazing!! Like your own private resort!! Very close to all the amenities you need. We will definitely stay here again!!

Clean, bright and airy home. Beautiful backyard with a fantastic saltwater pool. Very quite neighborhood. A car is a must. No restaurants or stores in walking distance but down town is only a 10 min drive.

Fabulous pool but needs work

I recently stayed here for a long weekend. Arrival procedures were a little clunky but fully remote, which worked out fine. The location was superficially cleaned but there were a lot of places that needed cleaning that were out of sight, like below and behind the couch. Additionally, the bedding was clean no doubt, but stained which left the impression it was less clean. It is clear that the original property owner took a lot of pride in this space, it was beautifully landscaped. However, some features were not in fact accessible like the outdoor fountains. As a rental, wifi was promised but was patchy, and streaming TV is advertised but on arrival required the renter to use their own accounts. The pictures of this location promise a lot of outdoor lounge chairs, but these were not in place. Several were found in the garage, damaged and unusable; two were outdoors stained, dirty, and aged/dried out netting. Otherwise, the pool is extraordinary. It is breathtaking and mostly made up for the other things.

Disappointed

We vacation to enjoy ourselves and have a great time. After we booked we were information stating we couldn’t have music inside or out. The home has a pool. We vacation to enjoy the pool and listen to music while we bbq or just have a good time. There was a no smoking law given after we booked. I understand in the home but having to walk out to street to do that is ridiculous. Also for such strict rules but the home having offensive signs in the pool area, restrooms and magazines my kids found that were offensive material. This is really upsetting. I can’t listen to music but I can be surrounded by offensive items. lol. We had my in laws come to swim. They drove from Los Angeles to enjoy the pool. They didn’t even swim since we couldn’t enjoy ourselves they way we wanted to. Every home in Palm Springs we have stayed at has never given us an issue with any noise before 10pm. I can’t express how disappointed we were. We will never stay here again. Never recommend. Take the home off VRBO or make sure you list all your strict ridiculous rules are listed upfront before someone books.

Jonathan, we are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from enjoying your getaway. Our local manager assured us that guests can listen to music, it just can't be too loud. Additionally, all of our properties are smoke-free and we apologize for any inconvenience. The local team will look into the items, such as the magazines, and remove them from the home and we appreciate your feedback. Renters Beware

The house was nice and the property nice. About the property- it has a gas smell due to the stove/oven in the kitchen. Additionally the outside furniture was full of dust including the bar and grill area. Beware of the management company. The listing states pool heated but upon my ask about the pool heat they let me know that’s it’s an additional $272. Heat plus Tax. Understanding the pool was necessary I agreed. Additionally the check out time is 10am. I asked for a 10:30am check out and was met with another $49 fee. I agreed to the fees even though I felt I was being nickeled and dimed. When we checked in we realized the pool heat wasn’t turned on. We immediately called to let the management company know and decided due to timing it won’t heat in time we canceled the pool heat. On that call we were promised a refund of the pool heat, late check out, and cleaning fee for the inconceivable. 5 days after I checked out I still had to fight for these refunds which were eventually returned. All but the cleaning fee. Apparently the general manager thought it not necessary even though their supervisor promised it at the local office. If you want a nice house and a headache for your vacation then this is the right house for you. If you want to just enjoy I would suggest finding a different property without Vacasa attached to it.
