COTTAGE: Sleeps up to 2; Full-size day bed that folds out to accommodate comfortably 2 guests; closet, desk and a side chair; guests will have to cross the outside patio area to access the master bath or the main house. Equipped with AC.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, automatic drip coffeemaker, toaster, blender and all necessary cooking utensils, adjacent 4-person dining table;
GENERAL: Laundry room w/ washer & dryer, central air conditioning, free WiFi, linens/towels, toiletries
PARKING: 2 outdoor parking spaces in the driveway; plus ample of free street parking;
POOL/HOT TUB: Enjoy a brand-new pool and hot tub. No diving, please. Use at your own risk. There is an additional daily heating charge of $75 for the pool (hot tub incl.) or $25 just for the hot tub.

PLEASE NOTE- A mandatory 11.5% transient tax will be collected separately on behalf of the City of Palm Springs.

Most of our disappoints were due to us being there for a week post a big rainstorm. There were lots of bugs - small gnats, bees, and other bugs that made the pool and spa area not as appealing. The neighborhood is very safe and we walked to the park everyday. However, the vicinity to the airport and water treatment plant made it less than ideal. Again, the treatment plant wouldn’t have been a big deal if it hadn’t just dumped a bunch of water. The property manager was excellent and very responsive. I didn’t even mention the bug issue to him or I’m sure he would have called someone out to help. The price was much more reasonable than other rentals and the house was overall very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful. We were on our honeymoon and this place provided the perfect place to land post-wedding and get some much needed relaxation and rest. Our host was throughout, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It made check-in and check-out a breeze!Would highly recommend anyone consider staying the next time they visit Palm Springs!

This house was lovely and everything we wanted in a honeymoon spot. Plenty of privacy and comfortable surroundings. I think my favorite thing was hummingbirds coming by while we were in the hot tub. Such a great home!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful pool house! It was clean, quiet, and perfect for our family getaway. My son had a wonderful birthday celebration here, and we all had a great time. The host was super nice and communicated with us promptly and kindly. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back for another family trip. Thank you!

We stayed in this cozy home for a long weekend. The space was better than described. It was clean, easy to access, and the host was super nice and an excellent communicator. It was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the pool and all the amenities. Perfect for a Palm Springs getaway and only 5 minutes away from restaurants, and groceries. We will definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEDED!!! Thank you again for your hospitality.

Recon Mission

We stayed for a long weekend to explore the city and scout neighborhoods. The home was spotless, well-stocked (even bikes and pool floats!), and in a perfect central location. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, he even shared his realtor’s info. The pool and hot tub were a dream, and our pups had the best time. Highly recommend—book it!

Relaxing Palm Springs Vacation

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Like our first experience, the house was close to every place we wanted to visit and it was the perfect size for 2-4 guests. Well-appointed kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet. The house rules were not onerous and easy to follow. Radek is a gracious host. His communication skills are exceptional.It is unusual for us to choose to repeat our VRBO choices when we return to a city, but we did not hesitate to choose this property when we decided to visit Palm Springs again.

Respite from the cold.

The house was perfect for what we needed. It was nicely appointed, a lovely pool area, and lots of condiments in the kitchen. It is near a preserve for walking. The neighborhood was pleasant and only a few minutes from the downtown. The host was responsive. All of those positives made for a wonderful stay in Palm Speings.

Wonderful home for RandR.

We had a wonderful retreat here, and spend many hours lounging poolside. The house is wonderfully decorated and well-stocked. Comfy, clean. Excellent amenities, including high quality washer / dryer. We especially enjoyed the pool (which we didn't bother to heat) and the hot tub (which we did). Our host was wonderful to work with and quick in response to inquiries.The location is very near the airport, which means it's not super near downtown and the main sights/restaurants. It's an easy drive, but if you want to mostly walk/bike, you might find this location a little far from the main action.

Thoughtful Amenities

We stayed for a week and loved it. The outdoor space is comfortable and spacious. We used the hot tub regularly and opted for a cool pool for cold plunging. The bedding is very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. The sofa in the living room is comfy for nights in to watch the big-screen TV. It is close to airport as other reviewers have noted. You can absolutely hear the planes land and take off, but even for a very light sleeper it was tolerable overall. The backyard is very private and quiet overall. It's a nice residential area that felt safe. Be sure to walk to Tanyas Kitchen for excellent healthy meals. Radek is excellent to communicate with. I would not hesitate to book this place again.

What a wonderful spot to stay! Very clean, and easy to use. Beds were great, wanted to use the pool but it was too cold outside. Great spot to see all that Palm Springs has to offer

Ice cold pool and spa

We booked this house because of the pool and spa. We went overboard in making sure they were both heated for the duration of our stay. Upon arrival we noticed immediately that they were both ice cold. After an exchange of messages and trouble shooting with the host someone was sent the following morning . By the time the Jacuzzi was hot enough it was time for our trip to end . We got no use of either the pool or hot tub. Our weekend was ruined. House is small but as advertised.

The perfect place to stay in Palm Springs

My son, dog and I spent a week here over Thanksgiving and we could not have found a more perfect place to stay. The location was easy to get to and convenient to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The house was clean, comfortable and attractively decorated. We prepared and cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at the house and everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. The best part of our stay was the wonderful pool and hot tub where we spent much time. My dog enjoyed the safe fenced yard to play in. The host was friendly and communicated everything we needed to know for our stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

Location was incredible!

My wife and I stayed here for our Anniversary trip to Palm Springs and it was perfect! I was shocked how close we were to everything. Withing 10 or 15 minutes we could be in the heart of PS, heading up the Mountain to the Tram, or in Cathedral City checking out the celebrities at the cemetery there. It was also just minutes from the airport (although we really didn't hear a lot of planes.) The property was well equipped everything we needed, and the Jacuzzi felt nice after a long day of exploring. Our host was great and answered our questions both before our stay, and during. I loved the fact that we were just a few blocks away from great pizza, a grocery store, and coffeeshop. If we ever make it back to Palm Springs, we'll stay here again!!

Perfect Home Away From Home

A couple of friends and my partner wanted to get away for the weekend. We were able to find this amazing home in a location, with all the amenities, and we were able to bring our fur babies along. We absolutely book this home again!

Pics and descriptions not accurate

Well when booked the reviews and pics are good. But when we arrived the dinning set was plastic, cheap, and uncomfortable. Then we started to settle in and found the couch to relax on was a commercial type and was broken. I informed the owner immediately and the AC would not take the interior of the house below 77 degrees. The cottage is nothing more than a shed made into a bedroom. And the second bath has NO AC And is part of the original garage and is not legal to rent as a 2 bed 2 bath. Be aware how can we utilize a bath with no air in palm springs at 113 temp. This is a fact and I am an LA building inspector. This property is pushing the legality of the listing and habitable space.. I can not recommend this place at all we left after the 1st day of a 3 day trip!!!of the livig speceCON
