Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, this completely remodeled 4BR/3BA home offers a modern family-friendly retreat. Kids will enjoy the bunkroom, while the whole family will love the private heated pool and spa. Lined with citrus trees, the beautifully landscaped outdoor space includes a covered patio with a grill and alfresco dining.

When venturing out, you'll find your home within walking distance of grocery stores, shops, and several restaurants. Downtown is a quick 5-minute drive away.

LIVING AREA

Mid-century modern decor with pops of color fill this 2,364 square-foot single-story home with style.

In the living area, you'll find a sectional, two armchairs, and a 48in TV mounted above the gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen features marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.

A breakfast table offers seating for four and a formal dining area seats six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests between the four bedrooms, each appointed with hotel-quality linens.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, 48' TV, and direct access to the yard. The en-suite bath is configured with a walk-in shower.

Two more bedrooms each offer king beds and flat-screen TVs, while the fourth bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds, a desk, and a flat-screen TV.

Stocked with plenty of plush towels and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, two bathrooms provide walk-in showers.

The house is laid out well for our family ( 3 couples and 2 children). It was clean and comfortable and quiet. The pool and hot tub are nice but unfortunately the pool heater was not working and had to be replaced giving us only 2 days out of 5 to enjoy it. The kitchen is well equipped and everything worked properly. The children enjoyed the air hockey game and the TV in their room.

Quiet location

We were looking for a place not under the airport flight path and this was a good location for the number of bedrooms, pool, etc. that we wanted and for quiet, which we also wanted.

Restful Desert Oasis

The home was light and airy with plenty of space for a family of 6. It was quiet and restful ( no music/noise allowed outdoors in the backyard). The plus side , the house is situated in a beautiful residential area at easy walking distance from supermarkets. The heated pool and spa were lovely. The house could use some extra attention on the cleaning.

Great Central Location

We spent a week at this property in late October. The central location was close to the airport and just a quick drive to downtown PS. It was easy to get to the other communities in the area along with outlet malls and other sightseeing destinations. The property looks tired and the outdoor spaces looked as if no one had used the property for a long time. The furniture and fixtures worked well, we cooked full meals almost every night. There was contradictory information about the check-in process but it did not affect our ability to get in the property to begin our stay.

Easter retreat

The property is roomy and we'll appointed. Could sleep at least 10 if not 12, though we were only 2. Had all the soap, dish detergent shampoo and things like paper towels trash bags one would normally have to buy. Bath towels,pool towels too. So they seem to supply everything. Furnishings are comfortable and location is great. Nice kitchen and bath updates. Pool nice. Only things needing upgrading are to have a k- cup coffee maker, a better cable TV system some dimmer switches for lighting. But overall a nice place with a wall of windows and a good Palm Springs vibe.

Great house!

Five of us rented this house for a week in February. Vacasa was easy to work with, and the instructions we got on how to access the house were straightforward. The house itself is well maintained and clean, and the accommodations--beds, linens, bathrooms, kitchen, pool, living/dining area--are all in great shape and comfortable. The location is great, too...just a few blocks from two grocery stores and some restaurants, and an easy drive or Uber ride into town. The neighborhood is very quiet, though we did hear a few leaf-blowers at different times of the day. You're in a residential neighborhood, and the Palm Springs Quiet Neighborhood Police will enforce that quiet, so don't rent here if you're expecting to throw parties and play loud music. We weren't, and we had a great, relaxing time in this home.

Girls weekend

House was great for our needs. We had 4 people staying and felt big enough to be together and have space. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed! The bad: The listing was not up to date and had things listed that didn't exist. In the listing it mentioned a tablet to run the spa when in reality there was a tiny remote attached to a piece of wood outside in a random spot. The directions also mentioned a garage door opener when there wasn't one. I called twice and interacted through text once before someone got back to me explaining about the remote and that there was no garage opener. The mix up with the remote/tablet for the poo resulted in us not being able to use the hot tub our first night. Hair was left in our shower. There was something sticky spilled on the dining table chair. The pool was not cleaned. Lots of dust build up above doors and on fans in bathrooms.

Amarillo Pool House

I booked the Amarillo house because of the pool and location. The house was beautiful inside. Ac worked great kitchen and grill was equipped nicely. The main reason rented the house was because of the pool but upon our arrival the pool was dirty. I requested to get cleaned but no one ever came. 😕

worst house rental experience I've ever had

My booking was from monday thru thursday. I arrived at 11pm on monday nite because couldn't leave until after work in los angeles. Vacasa (the awful property management company) provided me with the entry instructions, which were supposedly "a key pad by the front door" with a 10-digit code. I arrived and there was no keypad on the door. There was only a lockbox with a 4-digit combination lock. I called the after-hours number provided by Vacasa, who put me thru to an agent who had no idea how to help me. She gave me a possible code for the lock box. It did not work. She told me about another keypad on the garage door, but the code she provided did not work. She kept me on hold while making calls for ONE FULL HOUR and was unable to help me gain access to the property. I said, what do I do? Is there another house you could get me into? She said no. She said my only choice was to rent a hotel for the night. Meanwhile it's after midnight in Palm Springs which i'm not familiar with, also i'm dead tired and I have a dog with me. Could she suggest a hotel for me? No, she basically said I was on my own. So, I slept in my car until the early morning when someone finally got back to me and gave me the CORRECT code. (Meanwhile, this meant getting in thru the garage, and opening another door inside with a code, neither of which was mentioned at all in the entry instructions sent to me.) Their excuse was that they newly acquired the house from another company and didn't have the correct info. They offered to refund the night I was unable to get in. Really? That's it? I had a literal nightmare which was entirely their fault and I had to sleep in my car!!!! Finally got into the house. The house is not in good shape. The flooring seemed stained, the towels were cheap white towels which also had weird stains. The garbage cans out back were filled with other people's trash and seemed like they hadn't been collected in weeks. Many of the cabinets didn't close and just hung open awkwardly. The baseboards were filthy and damaged in many places. The pool floats were in a shabby shack, mostly deflated and covered in dirt. There were piles of cardboard boxes and trash in the side alley by the pool. After all this, it was still difficult to contact the company about how I would be compensated. I'm disgusted with VACASA and VRBO should not be doing business with these people. Very very very shady. Hopefully this can be resolved.
